They're a fairly recognizable brand, so it's easy to just look on the surface and see just another big company that goes for quantity over quality. But my experience speaks otherwise. This company really cares about their customers. My experience played out like this: I got in contact with Carstar West shortly after my accident. They were already in both my insurance network and the insurance network of the person who caused my accident. They were able to fit me in on the same day that I got confirmation from the other party's insurance. From the moment I stepped inside their location on West Kellogg, I felt taken care of. Their amazing receptionist arranged a rental for me and explained everything I would need to know (Not much. They take care of basically everything.) From there, I left my car with them, and I would get periodic phone calls from Eric, one of their mechanics. When it came time to pick my car up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had managed to perfectly match the paint job, and they had cleaned the entire interior of the car. For all intents and purposes, it was like the car had never been in an accident. My final worry, returning the rental, was a complete non-issue. They take care of driving the rental back to the company and making sure everything is in order. After driving my car home, I noticed that the lever on the driver's side seat was extremely loose. Eric, their mechanic, was more than willing to help me with my issue, and he tightened the screws free of charge. I couldn't be more grateful to Carstar West for the amazing job they did, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of car repair.
