Any way two days later I went there about 1:32pm and i asked for appointment. front guy told me it will take 3/4 hours and i asked why? he said your appointment had at 9:00 and i was late and i explained him no it was at 1:00. fast forward they took probably 1 or 1 1/2 hours later i went to desk to pay the money and the cashier was charging over $250 dollars without telling me . when i asked he said this are the extra fees and you have to pay it period! i was upset and explained him why charge people without asking them? two managers came to me they are very rude and unprofessional and gave me same answer! at last when they keep holding my keys i agreed to pay that money and i said i can handle extra $15 bucks but I will call someone to handle this case! real problem occurred at last when i paid to them it was raining so i haven't chanced to see their work then i got home few hours later i saw windshield molding already coming out and they installed aftermarket windshield and they used cheap molding it looks horrible and they installed windshield that has scartch . next morning i called and tried to explain the problem and person answered called my name " you're the lady $10 dollars ones and they refused to see my car same day and told me go back next week wait 4 days because they are busy. i called all four locations and every time I called they called my name "$10 lady and hanging up. i noticed all four locations number routes to same locations south blv location Wichita location and they owned all four locations one owner and they don't have corporation. any way this type of people can scammed you easily because they lied and dishonest they ripping off your blood money and getting rich! it's sad we have to watch this and do nothing and feels helpless. so far this is the situations. the way they treated me feels like this people are dangerous and I am scared to take back my car To them they might screw my cars you don't trust them when they do bad job and they don't take it seriously and give customers hard time then it is not worth working with them.

Prior to this service, all electrical features were functioning perfectly, and the interior of the vehicle was in pristine condition. However, after the replacement, there was obvious damage to the interior of the driver-side door panel. The on-site manager, Howard, acknowledged the damage and attempted to address the issue. He also offered to order and replace the damaged parts by Thursday, January 16th. In addition to the visible damage, critical door sensor functions have not been working properly since the window replacement. Specifically: The automatic seat adjustment feature is non-functional. Auto-lock functionality is failing. The in-car display no longer powers off automatically when the vehicle is turned off. Remote start no longer functions. We contacted the local Acura dealership, where we were informed that the electrical issues likely stem from either a disconnected or damaged component within the door panel. They also inspected the door and noted that improper tools appeared to have been used during the panel removal process, which likely caused the visible damage. When my husband relayed this information to Howard, he became quite argumentative and disagreed with the dealership's findings and denied their explanation. We are now in conversation with the district manager for AGN and will need to have Acura repair the damages caused by haphazard service technicians at AGN, with AGN absolutely needing to assume the costs incurred. Please do NOT bring your car here for service. This has become a huge headache for us.
