My order was placed in early December and it did not show up on my account. They don't update the accounts. The latest order they had for me was last August! They also expect you to open the candle box with the crushed candle in it to tell them what the name of the scent is and if it doesn't match up with the current nonexistent order, then they say they can't give you a refund. I am done. I will not be ordering from this company ever again! I will only shop for candles at small businesses in my community from now on which I should have done in the first place.
