Wow! Appearances can be deceiving... and from the outside, you may not expect much, but once you get inside, there is quite a bit to look at! So right away, when I first walked in there was a guy who helped explain how things worked after I let him know it was my first time there. Basically, everything is priced with a date. The longer the item has been in the store the more potential wiggle room there is on the price. Also, some of the pieces have the original receipt so you can see exactly what was originally paid. Other times they'll call attention to specific pieces that are from well-known brands (such as Stressless). While i was there I found two Stressless Sofas. One was for $2,000 and the other was for $1,800. As another reviewer mentioned, they have some REALLY unique pieces. Overall, there's definitely a sense that they're selective about what they sell. And you will find well-knows brands such as Pottery Barn, Stressless, Ashley Furniture, etc. Used couch prices seemed to range from the $400 to $2,000 range. So if you're looking for that super bargain, unless you find a piece you can negotiate on you might be better off checking out the Thrift style store options. Since i was interested in a couch, this was were I spent most of the time, literally sitting and testing every one out. Personally, I found most of the ones I was interested in were a bit too worn-in or worn-out comfort wise. Though still comfortable and usable, there were some pieces I would have been interested in but some of the cushions were just a bit too used for my taste. So that feeling when you sit and one side of the cushion feels like it's struggling to support you... and at 135 lbs, there's not too much of me to support, lol. Delivery wise, I believe they said about $80 to have something delivered and I believe around $45 if you needed to have something delivered from your house to the store for consignment. I came in the end of Aug and they were about a week out on deliveries. Ultimately, I think they have a lot of great pieces that are priced fairly. And although I didn't see anything that struck me as amazing, I could tell that if you timed it right, you could probably score some really nice pieces here (but those are probably the ones that go fast). But between the excellent/friendly/helpful service, nice selection and good value, this is definitely a place worth checking out if you're considering some used furniture!

My husband found me this bed and it was perfect for our room. We went to Roundabouts when we first got into our new home and had so much fun shopping. I got several items and really loved the experience. Shopping here is fun and if you come back in a month the item might be a cheaper price, because they discount items the longer they're in the store. You can find all kinds of neat finds. I found some crazy cute chairs too for the kitchen. Definitely going to keep coming back here. Hubby likes when I find deals! I love when I can buy more than one thing for the same price as one thing in another store. The customer service here is really great too. Thank you!

Gavin was extremely professional and patient with my wife and I. We ended up buying a table and chairs and thanks to Gavin's incite it looks beautiful in our new home. Gavin thank you for the "kick ass" table runner idea! Craig & Debbie

Owner was dismissive, and said he wanted only " modern items", as that's all people want. Sorry I was not worth his time.

Great place for gently used furniture. Inventory is always changing so it's like a different store each time you go in.

We literally bought the leather couch over a fabric couch because of Gavin's extensive knowledge on the piece.

I previously tried consigning at their other location in town and was told they were booked out months in advance--and that I'd need to log on the moment appointments opened just to secure a spot. That level of rigidity for a consignment shop is absurd and should have been my warning sign. I decided to try their other location and am equally appalled. Similarly, I had to make an appointment just to consign items. Then I had to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate an assigned appointment to pick up unsold items, which was not chosen by me but instead just delegated to me. I showed up on time, only to be met with dismissive, flippant indifference from staff. Despite having a scheduled appointment to collect unsold items, I was told I couldn't consign additional items during that appointment--but could come back later (literally 45 minutes later) to do so with NO ONE else in the shop. I was also told I could come back yet again, in a different visit, to pick up a check for my sold items. How many separate trips am I expected to make for one transaction? Their entire process is wildly inefficient and completely disrespectful of customers' time. You're limited in how many items you can bring, the drop-off windows are narrow and rigid, and even if your items are in-season and in great condition, they can still be rejected based on their inventory. And after spending hours of my life arranged around their schedule, the payout is a complete joke. I was told I'd be receiving $38 total despite consigning multiple items, including a Michael Kors purse, with zero transparency around how that number was calculated. When I asked for an itemized breakdown, they had to log into yet another system and told me they'd send a link so that I could jump through yet more hoops to learn what each item sold for. Unsurprisingly, that link never came. To make matters worse, they couldn't even issue a check on the spot and instead claimed it would be mailed. That was four weeks ago--I still haven't received anything. So after rearranging my schedule, making multiple unnecessary trips, and dealing with their disorganized process and rude staff, I have exactly zero dollars to show for it. Between the lack of organization, constant "we need to log into another system" excuses, restrictive and inconvenient policies, and the irreverent staff, this business operates in a way that feels intentionally opaque and financially unfair to its customers. Bend is absolutely due for an ethical, flexible consignment shop that actually values its customers--because this place clearly does not. I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this shop with their items.

I love this place. I usually find something flattering and unique and not only am I not destroying…read morethe envinroment but also supporting local business. I got my absolute favorite pair of Frye boots here last winter and they were perfectly broken in but not creepy used shoes at all. The prices are not dirt cheap like you would find in a thrift store but Angela curates the items very well. If you are someone who does not enjoy riflingh through racks and racks of tons of clothes, this place is for you. Some people have mentioned that prices are higher than they expect, but let;s be honest, most of the in person shopping in Bend is from fast fashion brands where cheap clothes mean destroying the environment as well as child labor. The vibe is also great and they make it easy to try stuff on and always gove me good advice on what looks good. I love their local items as well, like jewelry and candles, etc.
