Placed an online order asking owner to contact recipient asap for delivery, since I didn't know if my friend would be in town for her birthday. Received a text from the business saying they had tried multiple times to reach her INCLUDING going by her house with no luck. While I do understand that the product pictures are not always matched I did expect the "deluxe" arrangement and color scheme would at least be attempted. Nope. Not at all. I emailed right before the shop closed one day last week, with a request for an arrangement that had not been on the website for a few weeks. I was not expecting an email back until at least the next work day. WOW!! Received a dozen red roses for my birthday from my sweet husband, and they are amazing!! Best roses I've ever received; beautifully arranged, all opening simultaneously, just perfect. I have cats who love to eat the baby's breath, so they actually used a filler that the cats won't touch. This shop deserves all five stars. I had tried to order flowers for a colleague that was in the hospital online, but wasn't able to get flowers delivered in a timely manner. Then I found Lady Bug Flower and Gift Shop. I was able to place my order online with a local florist, not a big call center that takes a part of the fee charged for contacting a local florist on my behalf and the flowers sent are double the cost. This is a local business and I think its so important to support local businesses more than a big call center that cannot provide that local service based on the inventory they have in their place of business. I spoke with them after placing the order and they were very polite and informative about the challenges that are faced, especially in the new normal post COVID onset world we live in. I wanted to get flowers for my mom for an early Mother's Day gift because we were going to be gone for Mother's Day and I found this place that delivers to my moms house that is a little more rural area. They have an online shop where you can go to 24 hours a day and it's fast and easy to get what you want and check out. The delivery gal that gave our flowers was very nice and great. The flowers I got turned out great and some of them haven't bloomed yet, so we could enjoy them when they do. Overall I really recommend this place if you want great quality flowers and need it to be delivered in a more rural area this is the place. I called in the evening right before the store was supposed to close. My sister is dying, and I wanted to send one last flower arrangement to have at her bedside. It was hard for me to even speak, but the woman I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I explained the situation and told her what I needed. They made up a gorgeous arrangement, and my sister was deeply touched. She wrote one last email to each of my sisters and me thanking us, and saying a last goodbye.
