I told him we had been making payment, why aren't we insured. He didn't want to call me back and apologize for his mistake, so he called my husband. And a year later I'm buying a house that needs insurance papers and the man that is supposed to help me won't get back to my lawyers and won't return emails. So I've had to in a rush get a new insurance compan, so my sale will go through. Not sure what would happen if I actually had a claim. Probably be impossible to reach them.
