Friendly, prompt and professional service. I had an appointment for 11:00 and called around 10:15 to say I'd finished up earlier than planned so could I drop in earlier. They were able to accommodate me. I appreciated seeing the staff all dressed up and celebrating Halloween when I went in to review and sign the insurance documents (Oct. 31st). I think it's great when a company encourages their employees to have a little fun at work. read more

Their radio commercials are funny but when it comes to insurance they are very professional. Josee took care of our cottage insurance requirements quickly, thoroughly and at a great price ! read more

She really seems to care about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that our banking needs are well taken care of. In the past, my identity was stolen and it negatively impacted many things, including one of my cards with RBC. Heather really worked with us to ensure that that frivolous report was removed from my profile. I have accounts with 3 different banks and RBC has really been the best in the lot.
