Until I was unable to move...then she stopped be the NICE real estate agent and continually lied to me about her involvement in my house. She then lied to the people I was dealing with about the house only to force me out.Bottom line is that Mary Koontz doesn't care about anything beyond her pocketbook and doesn't care who she hurts or steps on getting there.. because of her I will be homeless by the end of the month. She is very professional, easy to work with, and knows the area we were looking in--Southern NH--very well. She patiently took us around to well over a dozen houses, was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, and often noticed things about the houses that we did not. We ended up buying a foreclosure--not an easy process at all. At times it seemed that the bank did not care if they sold the house or not. Janet helped us jump through all the hoops the bank put in the way. She made the calls, did a lot of footwork, and put in a lot of hours--even spending 9 hours one day waiting at the house for an inspector to show up. We could not have done this without her! I would say it was money well spent--but we didn't spend any! Her commission came out of the selling price of the home.
