While they were talking ( in Spanish) the manager came up to the cashier and told the cashier "English only please" when the manager said this the cashier just nodded and said " oh yes". They always look at me like I'm speaking a foreign language when I'm trying to tell them what I want. The other 2 gentlemen I've seen there though are always on top of it and have good suggestions. There has been more times than I would like that I e had to go to a different liquor store because they were sold out of the wine I usually buy. The positive is when I told them about the different flavors of wine that Stella rose had they started ordering in a bunch which was a highlight since before that they only carried the black. This is still one of my favorite liquor stores and it's only 2 blocks from my house! Easy to stop by on my way home from a stressful day out.

This liquor store used to be the place to go for all adult beverages. (I'm an optimist which is why I keep trying) I'm done. The staff tells me repeatedly that they don't understand why but they're frustrated with the distributors - like really frustrated. And they have to keep apologizing to customers like me. But nothing changes. Many shelves are empty. I won't be coming back. When I'm frustrated and the employees are trash talking the distributors too, it's time to move on.
