Was there afternoon of 9/10/23 browsing the beers and the checkout guy yells all the way across the room if I had any questions after I didn't grab anything. I grabbed a bottle of wine and then perused the aperitifs. One of the counter guys comes over, stands at the end of the aisle, and just stares at me. Pretty creepy. I guess we are not allowed to browse anymore.

Do you ever feel intimidated by not knowing what is good and what is bad...? Well, it happens to me from time to time and I must say that Mondo Vino has a huge advantage over other stores. His name is John T... He listened to my likes/dislikes, but he also suggested a few things for gifts this holiday season. Not only did he recommend the best wines ever, but he helped me finish my Christmas shopping and saved me at least a day of stress, fighting everyone else that waited until the last week to buy presents. I don't usually write reviews. I don't usually take offense.. but going here made me feel so…read moreunwelcome and so uncomfortable. I have only bought liquor here once. And I don't even drink wine, but I needed to go use the restroom today the store owner was not there I waited for five minutes yelling walking around the store and even the back where I'm not allowed. To make sure it was all right to use the restroom. So I proceed to use the restroom that was opened. And as I left the store, owner gave me a dirty look. And it was very unkind to me and said I can use the restrooms outside. Just for people to know it's not a public restroom in there and I totally understand that but I do not take someone being uptight at their store and being rude to me. I'm a very kind person. And all I know is respect.
