Where the problem lies is after purchasing our items we loaded up in the car after taking a photo of a liquor we have been searing for for months and the owner stumbled out (seemingly drunk) and was taking photos and accusing us of stealing form the store. We offered to show him our items and receipts to which his reply was "fu*k you fu*king bit*c". I was a scary experience as he was slurring, spitting and was almost in the window of our car yelling at us for something that was untrue.

After roughly 10 minutes I called the store as there online portal was still showing the store has yet to recieve my order. They informed me they had recieved my revised order shortly after it was placed. At this tiem I was informed that another item was not in stiock - this item was on the original order. I was not informed on the first call and only when I called to check the status of my revised order was I informed another item was not in stock. Had to cancel this order as well.
