The office was closed that week, however, Dr. Bronsky's assistant was able to get us into another branch that day. They also worked around my work schedule hours and stayed after closing time to fix the issue. Also, after her retainer (around the time she was switching to braces) I was layed off and lost my dental insurance shortly thereafter. I was unable to afford the braces and rest of the treatment. The financial assistant and Dr. Bronsky worked together to get her braces at an unbelievable low price... and for Invisalign! I paid 1/3rd of what it would have cost for metal braces and on a great payment plan. Dr. Bronsky's team was always great to work with and very pleasant! Yes, there are times when the dental offices are closed for vacations, however, they always have someone available for those emergencies. I rarely had a long wait either. She now has a beautiful smile and is commented on it all the time. Thank you Dr. Bronsky and Orthodontic Team!!

We coordinated an appointment for Monday morning and he personally handled the situation. His staff was professional, caring and friendly. I read the prior reviews from years ago but can attest I don't recognize the practice described in the posts. Highly recommend. I have a happy kid again.

Third, he is far more experienced with Invisalign than any other orthodontist in the Binghamton area and he even explained how they are the preferred method for aligning my teeth when other docs said that Invisalign would never even work on my teeth. Overall, I could not be more happy. He has two offices. One in Binghamton and one in Endicott and NO they are not big fancy plush offices with game rooms and espresso machines and bubble gum flavored latex exam gloves. Hallelujah!
