Do not ever take your vehicle to Bronson Tire they told me they can rebuild my wife's engine for her Jeep for $4500. After having her Jeep in there back and forth for two months. I told them it's still not driving right. They tell me i need to replace the engine now for more money. They should have just said that from the beginning that a rebuilt engine is not what they do a good job of. Long story short. Her jeep is still misfiring on 2 of her cylinders. I asked for some money back and they said no. Manager told me he would have the owner call me. He never did. Bad communication, bad business, and bad management. We brought our car in to be repaired due to our car not starting up. We were told we needed a new computer. It took 3 WEEKS to finally get our car back and it still was not fixed. We decided to take it to the dealership to have them check it out. They found out the computer was never replaced. Beware of this place, you can never speak with the owner. Bad business! I went based on their advertising for $50 recharge air conditioning. Got there they provided the service. I go in to pay, guy behind counter asks "did it work?" thought that was weird but I'm like Uhhh yeah. Why wouldn't it?! I left. Air was running cool. The next day I go to use my air and it's warm. Take it back today and they wanted to charge me $125 cause they didn't check for leaks before adding freon to my car. Mind you the guy never gets up from behind the desk to check either. Guess he's the receptionist. POINTLESS! I'm not in the business of wasting my money for nobody! Period! And if I put how I really felt about getting played out my money I don't think Google would post it. So I'm supposed to spend more money with you after you didn't do the job accurately the first time?! Wait on it. DO NOT GO HERE! DON'T DO IT! So I hate having to do this but I should, Went in to get an estimate on a valve cover gasket and oil pan seal. Got a quote of 160 for the oil pan and 360 for the valve cover gasket. Came back the next morning at 8 am and dropped off the truck. Called back at 4pm 8 hours later and the truck was not even started so I took my car back because I had to go to work. Next day I go in and wait to see what they are going to do. they say ok we can do it I'm pressed for time to go to work so I tell him just do the oil pan and I'll do the other tomorrow. He balls up the invoice and throws it by the can and now my 160 for the oil pan turns to 260. I say ok and they take 8 hours to call me for my truck. I go to pick it up and now I'm told I have a plastic piece that was found in my oil pan from the timing belt tensioner that's going to mean I need a whole new front and back timing chain inside of the front and back of the engine and it's going to cost me $3000.00 and they have financing. They never saved the pieces as proof or returned my old parts. I paid them an I was out. Now a week later I'm starting to see drips in my driveway again. I'm going to the dealership and get this pan looked at and get 2 estimates from 2 different shops and if they tell me thesame thing I'm contacting the state because now I feel if I let them work on it they could possibly damage my truck. never bring your car here they are not licensed to work on vehicles they will have your car running worse than before. they prey on women and say a job is completed when they never touched it. ive had several problems with them i had to bring my car back mutiple times for brakes that were completed but squeaking oil was not changed they tried to discount my price after problems occurred. this place needs to be shut down. they are scamming innocent people for their hard earned money. their workers are drunk and high on the clock i have witnessed myself. this does not make any sense for this place to still be open.. the bbb needs to look into this mess read more

My experience with this establishment has been a complete nightmare. I spent $1,000 for front end work. I've had to bring my vehicle back 3 times because it now drives worse than before I gad the work done. I've requested to speak directly to the owner who flat out refused to talk to me. Please DO NOT patronize this business because their business practices are questionable. The mechanic who did the work on my vehicle neglected to replace the hardware to secure my front bumper and chose to stuff a dirty rag and a slip tie to secure my bumper instead. They neglected balancing the front tires because their balancing machine was down! Who does this to their customers? read more

I really wanted to leave a good review but I just can't and you'll see why. Saturday I went to the location on 7mi and Southfield to buy 4 used tires for $270 only because there was no way I was going to pay $700 for "new" tires. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in about an hour. While I was there my check engine light came on so I asked them to check it out for me, it appears I need $280 to "fix" the issues.....YIKES! HOWEVER, I woke up Sunday and 1 of the tires was completely flat and they were closed. I called them on Monday and they sent a tow truck to pick up my car and "replace" the flat tire. Cool, but woke up Tuesday and another tire is almost flat.....I didn't even bother to call them and let them know because at this point I'm DONE! read more
