Unfortunately, despite 3 emails to John, I've heard nothing back. 3 emails, including earlier correspondence between us, and John appears to have washed his hands clean of a product he sold. They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible.
