Tanning at Bronze Buddha Glow was a surprising experience. I was initially apprehensive to tan due to my sensitive, fair skin. I was fearful my skin would react negatively and the tan would be too dark for my liking. However, the experience was extraordinary and since my first go I have been back for numerous sessions! The chemicals used are gentle and organic so my skin responded well to the application. The staff painted the tan on with an airbrush gun so the application was precise and perfect! I looked like I went on vacation and was sun kissed! The office environment is an experience to behold! Parking is a synch and the suite is easy to find. When you walk to the office you hear the soothing sounds of waterfall running at the coy fish pond. The inside of the office is trendy yet comfortable so you can come as you are from---work/ gym/home-----and you are greeted by relaxing music, fresh complimentary coffee and refreshments with books to page through while you enjoy your refreshment. The studio made me feel comfortable because only one customer per visit is allowed in the space and there is a privet changing space--- you are given a soft towel to wear until the airbrushing begins. The airbrushing doesn't take too long, but long enough to know the staff is taking their time to get your unique tan right. The staff are so friendly and listened attentively to my request for in order to find the right tan for me! I sent a text to the staff to schedule the second appointment. They sent me a reminder text with a link to the simple list of things I needed to do before the visit--wear sandals, etc. You can call or register for your appointment online too. When I arrive the staff discussed if I wanted to go darker or stick with the same shade I had before. I was happy with the original results so I went with the same formula, which they had previously documented. I have gone back numerous times since and have been extremely satisfied with the results every time! Recently I was in an out of state wedding and the staff accommodated for my needs by seeing me later in the evening the morning before my flight to ensure my tan would last. I was referred by an amazing Stylist in the Phoenix area, Risa Kostis and I was not disappointed! First, Sonya is so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable with the entire process. There are a lot of step when getting a spray tan from the prep to the aftercare. Sonya made all the information easy to understand and accessible. When I arrived, we discussed what color I wanted and what additives were available - I decided to try the warm vanilla scent and an anti-aging serum. During the treatment, she was precise and professional with each step. The aftercare was clear and easy to keep up with. It has been a week since I received my spray tan and I am obsessed! It was perfect from day 1 and it looks natural (which is what I wanted!). One of the most difficult areas to avoid the tell-tale signs of a spray tan is the hands/wrists and she did an amazing application on them. I left wearing one of her after-tan dresses and it was so nice to not have to worry about transferring my tan on my car seats or couch before bed! This was my first spray tan and I could not have asked for a better experience. Jayd made the process very comfortable. I have had a lot of spray tans in my life and never have I had such a natural looking tan before.
