They are continually beat up when someone doesn't like their policies or is having a bad day, what goes on behind the scenes we never know, because we are greeted with such warmth and professionalism. I felt compelled to create an account to address what I experienced today at Bronze Couture Tan & Spa. As I was waiting to tan, a woman stormed in berating Kaitlyn because she apparently didn't like the small businesses policies. She made several threats and poor Kaitlyn had to usher her out the door as she was making a scene. Everyone inside was extremely upset and uncomfortable and the authorities had to be notified. And as I see, she has already posted 3 negative reviews. I know that the owner will address the reviews and tell the entire story, I just wanted to say how awful it is to live in a world where someone doesn't get the answer they want, so they immediately rush to social media, hiding their identities and bash the business. I've been coming to this business since they opened in 2009. I have never experienced anything but the absolute best tanning experience ever. The place is clean, the owners are always there and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've never experienced an issue nor have I witnessed the awful behavior I did today. Absolutely the nicest , top of the line tanning salon I have ever stepped into! ALWAYS clean, staff is so nice and helpful every time I go in - they really care about you and your safety when it comes to burning and tanning the right way! The owners are always present they take great pride in their business you can tell in everything they do for their customers! They have the best prices around and they value competition coupons. I have noticed bulbs out and the next day the bulbs were changed, the beds are continually taken care of. I've been to many tanning salons and tried them out bronze couture has taken tanning to a new level. Extremely comfortable very home feeling mom and pop. Unlike many of the salons in my area bronze couture is family owned and not just some stupid franchised place like all the others. I will forever be a loyal customer at Bronze Couture! ****request a copy of your contract & read the fine print**** Teenager told not to take (expensive, paid-in-full) products home because the temperature needs to be a particular temperature but products will be thrown out upon cancellation if the owner is triggered. Proceed with caution about requesting your paid-in-full products back or they may follow you out of spa using profanity. Coco Glow is a safer alternative. Camera footage will show that I calmly walked in & waited patiently behind a client while they finished talking. Review the footage, it'll show that the employee actually stormed out after me, cursing. I didn't curse once or berate anyone. Review the footage. Saying I was leaving a review on Yelp & BBB is not berating, nor is that social media. Surely there are also "impartial" witnesses that saw her follow me out & heard her scream profanity at me. read more

Hands down the most clean tanning salon I have been to... I have tanned for many years and have been to many small and chain-owned salons and this one is the best. I live on the other side of Monmouth County and I still come here because it is CLEAN and the staff really gets to know you. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the differnet beds and lotions available. They really take care of their customers, both monthly etf members and non-members by sending out different specials and coupons. I have never experienced any problem here. Beds are spotless (not streaky or dusty), they update their bulbs regularly (never had a bulb out in any bed), and customer service is great (I always get a 'hello' 'how are you' and a 'have a great day/night). read more

I've been to atleast 10 salons in my 13 years of tanning. Bronze Couture is not only the cleanest, but it has the friendliest staff AND best beds! I get AMAZING results from their immaculately clean beds. New bulbs are constantly being put in - and I would know since I've been to salons where they were NEVER changed. The prices were beyond reasonable here as well - I was shocked!! There is no "contract" as someone has mentioned before, it is simply a membership that you can cancel WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE WHENEVER YOU PLEASE. I travel almost a half an hour to go tanning there because it really is worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! read more

What can I say! This is the best tanning salon I have ever used! I have been going to them since the day they opened. The salon is extremely clean and the owners and staff are well educated and professional. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine appreciation for being a client. The equipment is just fantastic from the lowest bed to the highest( and believe me I have tried them all) they have something for every price range and preference. What a filthy place. The first time in there I noticed pubic hair and sweat left on the beds. I told the owner and she gave me a nasty look. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned a week later only to see similar conditions. Again, I mentioned this to the owner and she went off on me. I love tanning here !!. I love the staff and the owner they always make me feel welcomed. It is such a clean space and everything is well organized. Even though I have free tanning with my gym membership I prefer going here. They give the best tanning advice and are really knowledgeable on the different levels of beds and lotions .It is my favorite place to get naked. ;) read more
