That may not seem like a big deal to some, but I'm a mother of 3 with a needy husband and a full time medical career, it's a big deal! The facility couldn't be cleaner and the customer service is top notch. Proper time was taken to explain beds and services and EVERYTHING I signed I was FULLY explained to me. I did read that ONE lousy review and I certain that review was written for either the wrong facility or by someone who simply couldn't get their way and was deeply exaggerated. Furthermore, the service was clumsy and unclear, with no genuine direction or explanations--just a "next" mentality. I had much higher expectations for the pricing. In general, it seemed like they are more concerned with getting individuals through than with offering high-quality service. Numerous other tanning salons exist that are nicer, cleaner, and really concerned about results. I will not be returning.

It looks amazing, but more importantly it is extremely clean. I felt very comfortable using the beds, and being in salon. They do require appointments to avoid people crowding in the lobby area, as well as temperature checks and face masks when you are not in your assigned room. Unfortunately right now they do not have airbrush tanning but they do offer booths, which work just as well! And of course as always the staff is always so nice and helpful. I was so glad to be back and will definitely be in more often as I can be sure of cleanliness and safety of their facility.
