While other tans I've gotten consist of the typical "spray, spray, turn, spray, spray, arms up" etc., then done, Val took the time to scrutinize her work both in the pop-up tent and out of it in the brighter light to make sure everything was perfect. Additionally, she guarantees her tans, so if there are any issues after the fact she will immediately fix them (which is amazing given the myriad ways you can mess up your tan yourself by accident). As for professionalism, she's everything you want in interactions with a business. I tried to find Lisa, but was unsuccessful. SO, I needed to find someone else to "do" my hair. I did, and the result was the HAIRSTYLE FROM HELL!!!!! Ugh, my hair was a disaster - the color was all wrong and the cut was even worse! So, I lived with it for a few days and simply couldn't take it any more (neither could my husband!). So, last night, in desperation, I tried to find someone who could "fix" the problem. I found Renee at Sundance! She is an angel! First of all, Sundance has an online appt. booking system, so, no matter what time of day or night, you can make an appt. - It is soooo easy! Secondly, the place is simply terrific...a nice atmosphere - not caddy or noisy...just a relaxing place to spend some time. Chatter is relaxed and comfortable. Renee actually LISTENED to what I wanted done and she came up with some great suggestions which, in essence, saved my hair (and probably my marriage!)
