Such a rude person and I'm really disappointed that people like this can just get away with treating customers that way. I'm completely embarrassed for this company to keep this employee. Somehow my total came out to $72.32, NOT INCLUDING TIP. I usually don't pay more than $55 anywhere else. I really wanted to like this spot as it was my first time but I've NEVER paid that amount for a basic pedi with gel including an acrylic overlay on the big toes (must I add, I've done this at multiple other locations). This was not worth $73 and I will not be returning. Edit 5/18/24 10:43am: I'd like to add- the business just responded as we all see below and stated I messaged them previously. The only contact I made with them prior to my appointment was a phone call earlier in the day to set up the appointment for the pedi. From there, the only price "breakdown" given, was when they gave me a laminated sheet at the foot bath showing me the different pedicure price options. There was no communication regarding the additional $20 to add the acrylic overlay to 2 toes. The response to my review is also the first time I'm hearing of this $20 charge for the acrylic. Which, might I add, $20 for two toes is absurd. Now in regards to the "elementary" math. That is very degrading for a business to say to a customer who has willingly paid with no fight to avoid a confrontation. Along with the fact this just proves the service you'd be giving your future customers. It is an unfortunate response as these reviews are for the businesses personal use to improve any quality errors wherever those errors are made.while I respect the services and prices varies from place to place, I do not respect a place of business degrading, insulting, lying and not communicating to their customers. Recently, my brother, his wife, and I enjoyed pedicures with technicians Melody, Natali, and Monse. They are wonderful- very efficient, professional, and friendly. The massages are amazing. Jamie and Jay are always so welcoming and kind. I observe them with other customers, and they always greet us by name and make us feel right at home. This is a place I recommend if you want to relax and leave with a fantastic pedicure!

She used a new product that quickly prepared my nails for the mani. I was impressed. I now have a new nail salon that really delivers. Previously, in order to take off the old polish, many steps and much time were required. Here 1, 2, 3 - all clean. I am springified.

On multiple occasions, I've arrived for scheduled appointments and still waited 15 minutes or longer to be seen. This past weekend, I visited again after receiving a gift card for a pedicure. During my appointment, the nail technician repeatedly pressured me to upgrade to a more expensive pedicure, although I chose the $65 option. While receiving the pedicure, I also noticed the floors appeared dirty. During the service, the technician told me I had an ingrown toenail and proceeded to dig into my big toe. Unfortunately, I woke up today with significant swelling, redness, and what appears to be an infection. I am now going to urgent care to receive antibiotics because the pain is severe. I believe this may be related to poor sanitation and cleanliness practices at the salon.
