Excellent place to begin your path to better health! I loved talking with the owner on my first call to join. She listened to and understood my recent recovery from surgery etc. I began my daily visits and each time I gained strength in my body and mind. My progress was fast and easy. I'm writing a review because I helped someone deal with their obscenely unprofessional business practices. This would include drawing money out of bank accounts during the pandemic and blatantly lying about sending emails that "notified" him that they will continue to take out money and add another 2 months on their membership. After a request for reimbursement for charging for services they have not provided they failed to answer the next email, the phone numbers provided on the website never get answered. During a pandemic communication to gym members is necessary. I think it's clear that if someone wants reimbursement for a service that has not been provided it is only fair to reimburse that patron. Whoever the manager is needs to step up their game or they will see continuous problems in the future. read more

If ur a man stay away . Rud owner and nasty mens room . There is always no toilet paper ,soap, and paper towels. Toilet is cleaned like 1 a week . Covered in piss .the women's room is perfectly clean . They told me price went up $5 . $25 to $47 for basic membership is not $5 increase. Thats the price for bare basic to work out . Nope going to any where else for $10 a month read more

Went here for a spray tan and very impressed with the customer service. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my experience. I often get personal, airbrush spray tans, but thought I'd give this a auto-machine a try. I am fair skinned, so I went with the light color product. It looks soooo natural, which was exactly my intent. I always follow all the rules about exfoliating, shaving, etc. and I do not have any weird, unnatural, darker skin areas from absorbing too much product. That can be a problem with these auto-machines. read more

I love working out here! Everyone is friendly and helpful. There is a good variety of workout equipment. There are several different areas to workout with space for heavy lifters as well. The staff is always available to assist in any questions about the equipment or just trying to get healthy. read more

Had a really excellent experience here while visiting from out of town. Deb was super welcoming & guided me through my first ever TRX class. What was most surprising about this facility is the extensive availability of equipment and high quality class instructors - while the outside may look like a regular gym, there is a MASSIVE lower level with TRX and boxing equipment, spinning studio, weightlifting sleds, and a number of other great training aids. I belong to the club side of the gym. The instructors are fun and helpful. There are plenty of classes offered. On occasion master classes are offered to stay up with the current trends. I've heard great things about their biggest loser program too. read more

Cool little gym with a decent amount of free weights. The gyms is open 24 hours a day, making it easy to get a workout in. I haven't tried any of their classes yet, but plan on it in the future. read more

I belong to the club (classes) side of the gym and I love it. Excellent variety of different kinds of classes from ballet barre to boxing and everything in between. Very good instructors who know how to teach, motivate and cue, clean facilities, positive environment. The owner is always adding or changing according to what is "in". Want to try a spin class or zumba? It's there. Highly recommend. read more

I joined this center about a month ago, after I learned an amazing TRX instructor, Deb, had recently taken over ownership. After only one month of classes, I feel fantastic; strong and healthy . She, and all the instructors, have created a great climate, filled with tough yet supportive workouts. My 18 year old daughter has even joined, and now knows "skinny" is not necessarily fit! :) I am very grateful to have access to such a wonderful program. read more

The gym is a small space with very limited machines for various body parts and one set of dumbell weights per pound. Not what you would expect from a gym. It's convenient for a "quick" workout but if your serious about training, not the gym you would go to for serious results. read more

In the beginning of joining Core Club due to it being in close proximity to my house I loved it. I even joined their Biggest Loser Program to help kick start my weight loss. Well....after seeing changes in the club and staff that I did not like, I looked for another club to join. In finding one that I liked a lot better, I contacted Cheryl the owner (August 2014) to cancel. She received my communication and never informed me that she would continue to take my monthly payments. After multiple attempts of confirmation she was going to stop payments she finally contacts me to inform me that I needed to send a letter to her PO box. Even after doing that she still took another payment out. When I finally sent a firm letter to her she said as a courtesy she would cancel my membership a month early. Instead of cancelling it back in August she has now gotten three extra payments that are highly inflated based off the gym and its options. It is clear that she doesn't care about customer service. I regret ever joining. read more

Bad experience with the trainer Jon Gajewski. He was unprofessional, inappropriate and tries to sleep with clients. Most women go to a trainer for health reasons, not to be hit on. There were no consequences or reprimands at all for his behavior. In fact, the client was treated poorly and ostresized for it instead. Even other staff supported him, knowing what he did was wrong. They didn't care about professionalism- they just cared that he was a nice person. Besides being unprofessional, his training style was not a good match. He constantly talked to others while training, constantly checked his phone during training time, didn't follow through with what he said he was going to do, didn't listen to the client's goals, interrupted the client when they were speaking and loved talking about how "strong and big" he was during sessions. Other trainers there were the complete opposite and not narcissistic. For example, Trainer Will, was the opposite of Jon. Definitely wouldn't recommend this gym. read more

Buyer beware! Do not join Core Club, unless you plan to join for life! After several attempts to contact Owner/manager & after my one year membership expired, I told her I would not be renewing membership, She said OK, even joked that no one has ever tried to leave, I did not find this at all funny! It has been two months & she keeps charging me!! She doesn't care about customer service and just wants to keep charging you, do not give her your credit card or bank info. read more
