Needed a last minute spray tan and One Classy Tan definitely came through! My usual mobile tanning lady cancelled on the earlier in the morning and i was stressing out trying to find a place for a same day tan luckily I had come accross this place and couldn't be happier with the services! The owner (i dont remember her name) was super sweet, made me feel comfortable with the spray tan with me being self conscious, being post partum body and did a great job! I asked if they offered rapid tan in which they normally don't but luckily she had just gotten some samples in that week and offered to try it on me. We'll let me say that the rapid tan was one of the best tanner solutions I've used ever and being from West coast I used to get them all the time! The tan fully developed within 4 hours max and lasted full color for over a week which was amazing! The tan color itself was a nice dark but natural color tan. I highly recommend this place to start offering the rapid tan i absolutely loved it! Will definitely be back!! read more

Every time I go here, I get the nicest help from the staff and lots of good advice and information. I love a good 10 min rest in a lie down bed about twice a month, for the Vitamin D and a hint of color! Before an event, their spray tans are the best around and so natural and no scent associated with it. I bought a Groupon and a Living Social for this place and had a great experience. It wasn't the closest place to my house, but the deals were really good. I used their beds to get ready for pool season (save me the lecture on tanning beds) and another for two spray tans (one before Cabo, another before a trip to Virginia Beach). Cleanliness: Beds are clean. Whole place is clean. Beds: Lots of options. The one I had put me in their basic bed. It was standard. Nothing fancy, although those options are available. Spray Tan: My tech was really nice. Last I was there, there are only two girls who do this. Mine was the younger one who wasn't the owner. When she was done, you couldn't even tell it was a spray tan. They use a great product, and I came out totally bronzed and not orange. She did a great job making me feel comfortable considering I was standing naked in front of a stranger. Lotions: I did end up getting a new lotion even though I didn't need one. The gal who helped me picked out the perfect ones for me (medium bronzer, low-mid price range, keep my skin healthy, low on the smell factor). Customer Service: Great. I had no complaints. Everyone was friendly to me, which is REALLY important when you're standing right in front of them totally naked for a spray tan. My LS deal for 2 spray tans actually had expired before I'd gotten my second one, and when I called to see if they'd still accept it they were more than willing to accommodate. They didn't have to do that, but they did, which was really cool of them. They also made an effort to get you in a coolest bed during the busy hours. I've seen deals from them since then. And their normal prices are pretty reasonable compared to some of the other places around here that really price gouge you. read more

Sometimes I am shocked at how rude people can be when they're in the business of customer service. I missed an appointment for reasons I could not control and as it was the last appointment of the day I called first thing the next morning to apologize and reschedule. First of all I was left a plain nasty voicemail asking why I didn't show up for my spray tan appointment. No surprise that the rude woman did not leave her name but just a bad taste in my mouth of the way their business operates! As a new client or returning client a simple "we're sorry we missed you but we'd love to reschedule"...would have been the proper way to address me. To top it off when I spoke to Tina to request a reschedule she rudely barked back at me "we have nothing available this week." I wouldn't waste my time or my business at this establishment and they should really learn how to treat clients and potential clients. I guess there is a reason they are offering a groupon. read more

Very unprofessional. We bought a groupon to this place for Prom, scheduled the tan to show up for them to say that it was cancelled because the sprayer has another job. Came back for the appt, she was 20 mins late, then sprayed a level 2 instead of a one. She offered us an extra spray tan on her. Came in for the second appt for her to be 35 mins late, never apologized. The tan was streaky and we had to use self tanner to hide it for prom. Came in for the final appt, called because we were running late, she snapped that she had somewhere else to be and that we can't be late. We ended up not being late at all but to have the nerve to tell us we couldn't be late! Don't waste your time or money. read more

The beds are great, but the customer service is lacking. I have come in several times with at least 45 minutes before closing and have got complete attitude from the girls anxious to skip out early. I am disappointed because I love the beds and have been going for almost 2 years now, but is it really worth it to deal with the complete rude attitude of the employees? The employees I dealt with earlier on were friendly, informative, and had excellent customer service skills, however the new hires are not worth the headache. read more

I got a Groupon here for two pura spray tans. I have never spray tanned before but as I am getting older I do not want to be lying in tanning beds anymore. I figured I'd give this a shot. When I called to make the appointment I told the lady I had bought a Groupon for the spray tans and I wanted to schedule my first appointment. Done! Easy! When I went in for my tan the lady who checked me in was clearly not happy with me because she thought I was scheduling a personal spray tan. Not one with the machine. I know this because she reminded me probably 4 times to make sure I mentioned it when I scheduled my second tan. She asked me if I wanted to do clear or bronze. I told her I had never spray tanned before and could she explain the difference? I still don't know the difference. I told her I was going to Vegas in a few weeks and didn't want to be super white so which one would be the best. She snapped that a spray tan only lasts about 5 days. Yes I understand. That's why I purchased two tans. So I could try it out see how it looks and then come back right before I left for Vegas. She said that if I was just trying it out to go ahead and do the clear. She took me back and told me the machine was clean to put my feet where the feet where suppose to go. Said she just wiped it down with a warm wash cloth. Just so we all know a warm wash cloth does not kill anything. For whatever reason I didn't say anything she went on describing that I should cover my hair not forehead. Put lotion on my hands and put my palms up when it was spraying my back. That's it. No nose or eye guard. I felt like I was suffocating from breathing in all the spray. I clenched my eyes because I wasn't expecting it which cause some odd lines. I took my ring off when I tanned and put it back on later that night. My fingers orange. It was a very uneven tan that was supper orange and not bronze at all. my husband said I looked like a cheese puff or Donald trump. He was right. And it didn't even do anything to some of my body. I just wasn't really impressed with the whole experience. The place is small and dingy and I get that I'm new at spray tan but just a little more time and patience with me would have gone a long way. I won't be going back for my second spray tan and just take the loss on the money. I ordered a self tanner on line and it turned out a million times better. read more

One Classy Tan is all that it is cracked up to be. For one, it's very, VERY private. Second, Tina makes you feel completely comfortable. And, the most amazing part was that it took less than 10 minutes to obtain a nearly perfect tan and without the harsh rays of the sun. Not to say the sun isn't good for you but it beats laying out for days on end. The color was perfect and just the correct shade for my skin type. It does last for a while. Almost 2 weeks for me.
