I love all of the estheticians here and all of the services BodyBrite offers! I started laser hair removal on my bikini and brazilian (two separate services) about 8 months ago and it's been amazing. The bikini is done and the brazilian is almost there! I honestly saw results after about 3 months. And by results I mean the hair grew back a lotttt slower and the hair itself was a lot thinner. My hair is naturally very thick and grew very fast, like I'd have stubble about an hour after shaving. Now I get a good week of nakedness before it starts to grow back (for my brazilian, bikini is gone completely) !! Pleeeaaasee keep this in mind! It takes time but the results are so worth it! I have also gotten a few facials. I've done the microdermabrasion, oxygen, microneedling, and hydro jelly mask! The estheticians take their time with you and every facial is very customizable. They love extractions so do not be afraid to ask them to get rid of those whiteheads!! I enjoyed and felt y aesthnutician was great. But twice they were unable to provide a monthly facial. The owner, Shelly has not reimbursed me for those two months. Honestly I feel robbed... so first I wanted to get Brazilian laser hair removal and when you specify Brazilian it means the top, lips, bikini, and butt area. They don't do that here and you have to pay separately. I bought a Groupon for 6 sessions and they told me at the time of booking that they distinguish those areas. Should really specify on your website or Groupon honestly because it's not common anywhere to distinguish this. So I had to use 2 sessions for that area which is ridiculous. That's the first thing. The second is their laser machines either don't work or are inconsistent. I'm on my 7th session and I have the same amount of hair growth from when I was on my third session. I came from a different salon in Chicago and my tech there told me to have them call or email so that they can get the settings to know which level I was on so I'm not wasting time and money, and they refused and gave me "I got it" attitude. Well you clearly don't because I've had no results from this place. The owner responded and said I've been there 3 times. I came here a few years ago and the women who did my session yelled at me for not letting my hair grow before my session I've done hair removal with the same laser in four different states and they always say you have to shave before or the laser is basically wasting it's efforts trying to burn off the grown out hair instead of the hair follicle. The women was super rude I was so uncomfortable I had bought multiple sessions but I never went back and I never will. read more

Amber is simply amazing!! I booked a last minute wax appt with her, and she unknowingly changed my life (really really). So I've had "rosacea" on my face, off and on, for as long as I can remember. I've tried every different cream, gel, whatever my dermatologist have prescribed me over the years. Nothing has helped. Some creams made it worse! Well, the staff here is great but IPL Laser hair removal doesn't work on me like the Gentle Lase Laser System. That machine... was AWESOME. If you have dark stubborn chin hairs, the girls here can't help you. Sorry. I went 6 times without getting much results. It's a great price but might at well buy yourself a cute outfit. As for other areas for hair removal, you might have better results since they aren't hormonally produced hairs like a girl gets on her chin. Good luck! read more
