Did I say friendly - this seems to be something severely lacking with most businesses today. I've never paid for a service in full without agreeing to the scope of work. I'm not going to start now. Note to Sign It; I understand protecting yourself from people who would steal your work. May I suggest you watermark your templates for review. Your customers have a right to know what they're purchasing beforehand.
