That's fine. So we decide to go with the company, and put in an order of over $1200 to just begin our process. I sent in the requests, and 2 weeks later no reply. I contact them again, and re-send the requests, and then no reply for another 4 days. So I ask them, when they're going to send digital proofs, and now they tell us that they don't do them unless the whole order is paid for. Keep in mind we have already done some business, and just wanted to see some simple digital proofs. Just our simple logo on some T-shirts, Hoodies, hats, ect. Literally a few minutes of work at best, and they refused claiming it's "free advertising (?)". I have never worked with a printing company, clothes or paper, which didn't offer digital proofs first. He plain out said that it's "my way of the highway" and that he's been in business for "5 whole years". Then went on to brag about the huge deals they make all the time. Terrible service and rude. They wasted a whole month of our time. Unfortunately, we now have to restart the process.

I went back the next day wondering what did they hit it with, it would take quite a force to break this. The boss acted like he had no clue and said let's look at the video surveillance. He all of a sudden left to look at a picture one of the employees had on his phone. It showed the worker standing on a pallet on a fork lift truck pointing to the crack. My thought was there is what hit the windshield and why is he on this next to the RV when there is a 10 foot ladder on the ground 5 feet away. The boss then says there, it was broken before and you couldn't see it because of the bugs. The crack is right in front of the drivers seat, you couldn't miss it. Three days later it rains and the white milky oxidation from the roof comes over the sides, this is why I requested them using my 303 cleaner/wax for fiberglass. Now we got the windshield replaced and see the lettering on the front is messed up. One letter is missing and another one is right next to another one, it is suppose to read ALLEGRO. You can see the picture was taken at their business. I can understand accidents happen but when they are not accountable for their mistakes,you don't want anything to do with this business.

It's a shame because they do an excellent job, but they're very disorganized. I recently had my car detailed and was told I would get a call the next day in the morning when it was finished. By midday I had not gotten a phone call, so I called and inquired and was told I would receive a call back once they spoke with the technicians. I had to call three times before someone actually got back to me only to tell me that my car was actually finished the day before. They had no idea why no one had contacted me. Nice. This week, I called and asked if I could stop by to have a stain looked at and was told I could come that day to have someone check it out. I get there and the technician had just stepped out, so the man who was helping me took some photos, got my information, and said he would get right back to me once the technician returned (according to him, within the hour). Never got a call. Called the next day around noon and was told he was out to lunch and I would get a call immediately once he got back. Surprise, never got a call. I don't know if these people just don't want any business or what, but I will be finding a different location that doesn't waste my time.
