Checked in, noticed placard on check in counter, "Don't show for appointment, we charge $30" ok…read more nice welcome. I wait 40 minutes past my appointment time and they still did not know when doc would see me. Did not see a sign for what my time is worth. See ya, ain't waiting any longer and won't be back.

Expensive Visit With Minimal Care Provided…read more I have been a patient of Dr. Joe Anderson for several years. I recently brought my son in for an appointment to address a wart on his elbow. During the visit, no treatment was performed. Instead, we were advised to try a topical ointment before considering removal. I already had this same ointment at home from a previous wart treatment of my own, so no prescription was written. The appointment lasted approximately 10 minutes. Prior to the visit, I asked--both when scheduling by phone and again upon arrival--whether we could pay cash instead of billing insurance, as this has been suggested during past visits. I was told the staff would check with the doctor, but no confirmation was given before the appointment. After the visit, I was billed $239 for the office visit. Given the short duration and the fact that no treatment or prescription was provided, this charge felt excessive. In my experience, this clinic has consistently been expensive; my own last annual checkup here cost $370. Based on this experience, I felt the care was minimal relative to the cost, and the billing did not align with what was provided. Unfortunately, this has led me to seek care elsewhere going forward.

I would highly recommend Dr. Simpson. He has been an awesome provider. My 12 year old son suffers…read morefrom a disease called CRMO and has had a problem with an infected scalp for 3 1/2 years. Dr. Simpson has gone out of his way to help my son and we are very grateful. He diagnosed my son with an unheard of condition and has almost cleared up the infection completely. Not only that, he has offered to do a surgery to fix the bald spots all over his head. Thanks Dr Simpson, you and your team are amazing and we appreciate all you do!

This entire practice is a joke. Kody Tew is hands down the worst "provider" I've ever met. He…read morecouldn't care less about what the parent (me) has to say about their child (the patient). He interrupts, talks over me, visibly doesn't pay attention, and obnoxiously smacks his gum while he's talking. He loves to talk about himself and his family more than listening to what his patients have to say. Plus the office never called us to go over xray results. The front office is no better. Twice they overcharged me, and they messed up my son's appointment by mixing up his name/DOB with someone else's and then we had to wait around 45 minutes to be seen because they had to change the appointment time because of their mistake. You couldn't pay me to ever set foot in this office again. Kody has no business working with other humans, and the front office is completely incompetent.
