Recently he was hospitalized again with what we thought was cellulitis. So once again he was sent to Ignite to complete his I.V. antibiotics for 6 weeks. When they transported h8m from the hospital I arrived before he did seen they put him in a semi private room. Immediately I was also aware of his neighbor right next door hollering and moaning very loudly. I told the nurse at the desk that he was not going to be happy about a roommate and did he not know they considered him infectious (my boyfriend) the nurse responded well thats where they put him. But the next day I guess someone caught on that hevwas infectious moved his roommate out to a private room. Thebroommate was none to happy about them exposing him to an infectious person. So then they quarantined my boyfriend about a day late from exposing the whole place. He's in here trying to rest and heal still listening to the neighbor yelling and moaning. Supper is supposed to be served at 4:30 he received it at 7:00 last night only after calling the nurse to see where his supper was. He said he would not recommend Ignite again and wouldn't ever come back.

I would not even give this place a one star it is exactly what people says it is horrible…read moredefinetely not skilled nurses my husband was in this place for a little over 3 weeks and every single day was a nightmare his care was completely neglected not once but 2 times he was sent out of this facility to the hospital they had no one who was skilled with trachs and they accepted my husband anyway knowing that nobody there was able to care for a trach this last time he was sent out was the very last straw for me he ended being hospitilized in ICU with a severe infection thanks to this place yes nice on the outside but not good care on the inside that day he had to be transported out which was last Wednesday could have been the end of him Had I not went to check on him and they still did not want to send him out until respitory advised it Please if you love your love ones do not send them here My husband will never ever go back there and I will be filing a complaint against them if your loved is not able to do things on there own the care will be neglected they take forever to come in rooms even when you call for help.from experience not a good place for your loved one at all.

Antwone, the Administrator, has an open-door policy, which allowed me to get certain requests taken care of in a timely manner. Rebecca, the ADON, was also an advocate for my uncle and really listened to his requests. The facility rooms are spacious, the PT is excellent, and the boots-on-the-ground CNAs and LPNs were crucial in my uncle's recovery. As an advocate for my uncle's care, my biggest goal was to keep him clean and dry, provide adequate nutrition, manage pain levels, tweak medications when necessary, and keep him on a necessary shower schedule. These preventive measures brought an advanced level of healing. My uncle was then transferred to the VA for additional strengthening. Our experience at Medical Park West was positive and healing. My mom went in to rehab a broken leg. She almost died in their care from a uti infection. She kept…read moretelling them something was wrong but the RN's on the day shift 'knew better' and, imo, treated her like she was faking it to get out of PT - even sendinga case worker in to threatento kick her out for not participating in PT- as she's slowly dying from a uti infection that they never bothered to look at. Thankfully they finally sent her back to real professionals before it was too late and it saved her life. By the time the ambulance got her back to a real hospital she had a heart rate of over 180 and her blood pressure was bottoming out. They had to stop her heart and restart it to get it back into a normal rhythm. All because she sat there with a uti for weeks as it got worse and worse. That being said, it wasn't all bad. There were a couple of workers at nights that really seemed to care but not so much for the nurses that worked during the day. However, in good conscience I can't recommend this place. Not if you care about your loved one.

The care here is far better than what he received at the two hospitals he stayed in previously. I deeply appreciate all that you do, especially knowing how challenging it is to care for residents who are in wheelchairs, nonverbal, and physically weak. I felt broken and dispirited when I arrived, but through the loving compassionate care of the staff I felt that much healing of my condition took place. What a positive nursing care group! The physical therapists were attentive, and the activities were made fun through good humor and social interaction with other patients. Long-term residents expressed to me that they have been happy staying at the facility. The Christmas party was well-attended and the petting zoo that visited was cool! I definitely recommend the Noble Health Care Center for healing through love and good care!

My mom is a resident at Meadowlakes Estates. She is in hospice care. The Director Antoine is an…read moreoutstanding administrator. He has improved the facility from top to bottom. The remodeling provides an inviting welcome to all visitors. The resident rooms are much improved from the previous director. The nursing and support staff with one exception works to provide the best care possible for my mom and her suite-mate. She has been at Meadowlakes Estates since 2018. They respond to request and are very attentive to her needs. The attitude of the staff is positive with a can do spirit. There is no perfect senior care facility, but this staff that cares for my mother strives to reach the goal of excellence. My 95 year old mother is pleased with her care except they don't always season the food the way she did when she was preparing our meals.
