Our reservation was at…read more5pm and boy am I glad we had reservations two hours before the concert because this place was not ready for the crowd they were about to receive. I did appreciate that we were seated right away (reservations took priority over walk ins) but it took about 10 minutes before we were handed waters and menus. It then took 30 minutes before we received our appetizer to which we were then told the rest of our food was done at the same time. Typically, I don't prefer to eat my appetizer at the same time as my entree, but in this case I worried with how slow of service we were receiving I wouldn't see my entree for another hour. Almost all of our food was amazing. I ordered a house salad and the Fillet of Beef with mashed potatoes. My boyfriend ordered the chicken and wild rice soup and the prime rib. He said the prime rib wasn't anything to write home about but it did the job. Overall, service was slow but everyone was super nice. I think they just need to hire a few more people which I know is difficult to do. I really hope this place can find the help they need because the food is so good and I want to see this place continue to succeed.

Being from out of state, we were told we had to try the chislic since it's a South Dakota staple. It reminded us a little of Chinese-style spare ribs in flavor. So I trek the 90 minuets from southwest MN to find all my favorite imports from Coffee, International snacks, my favorite cookies, furniture, lighting, fixtures for your home.. everything needed and found on this recent trip. I needed assistance finding a couple items, and was able to have one of the personable and friendly associates help me look and find all my items. They're a very helpful crew in Sioux Falls. The store was immaculately clean, completely stocked, and in order. Parking is not an issue here, lots of parking space outside, Even with the holiday rush for thanksgiving. I'll gladly return when in SD.
