Since moving away, Gattis is one of the go to places as soon as I touch down because it has so many good memories, and it's comfort food. The runner came out 5 times and asked what I was waiting on. I said pizza and gave the name of the order. They responded with, "It's in the oven" Each time. (A cheese pizza apparently takes 30 minutes to make and 20 minutes in the oven) This waiting at outside the lobby took 20 minutes, Finally it came out. They added additional stuff to the order, and said it wasn't paid. It was a hot mess.
