These guys really are an absolute gem! I had three claims for three different collisions, none of which were my fault. They were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, guiding me through next steps in dealing with the insurance companies (both my own and those of the responsible parties). In all of my dealings with them, they were the model of professionalism. In the end, they even ended up doing extra work, repainting the whole car to avoid an uneven appearance between the parts they fixed and other external panels that had minor, unrelated scratches. Took my care here for damages cause by a hit and run drivers, The staff was very polite and prompt. Their manager was on point knew right away what would need to happen, express sympathy cause you know..its your car are, even if its not a 100k car it's still your car, I appreciated that. my Tesla was rear ended for the third time, so I bring it to Brooklyn Motors because they are less than a mile away from me and Tesla shops are not easy to find as everyone knows so I bring them my car they do the work and tell me and the insurance company that the light was replaced. The rear door was replaced, and the bumper was replaced, which I believe at the moment but after the 10 layers of compound wore off after I had washed it like three times I started seeing all the scratches that we're already on these so-called replaced items and tried to sell me on a sad story. Meanwhile, I am a car enthusiast I own a 1966 GTO convertible that is worth over 120 grand so you ain't gonna sell me on a story on how shitty somebody's workers when everything is supposed to be brand new now all the scratches came out on the light. All the scratches came out on the rear hatch and now to top it off every time it rains the rear light that was supposed to be replaced fogs up on me because it is cracked to where you can't see it, but the crack is there and there was a scuff mark but they put so much paste on it to buff it out thinking I wouldn't notice, and after that was all said and done they told me that the light was replaced and they charged the insurance company which is State Farm for it so, all this being said, I advise anyone that uses this company not to anymore, because if they had the balls to run their companies name and reputation through the mud. This way, I am 100% sure that they would do it and have done it to many other people and then when I confronted him about the whole situation he was lost for words didn't know what to say didn't want to perjure his self but I have a recording of the whole conversation that I had with this person much as admit it, but he didn't not admit it he was just lost for words, so I will be getting in touch with Tesla corporate somehow, and have their Tesla certification pulled. so whoever is thinking about using this shop should rethink their choice. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves over there. But I'm sure they will get what is coming to them because State Farm was already notified about the whole situation. I gave them for the recording of the situation. We'd barely gotten to drive our brand new Tesla Model 3 - my husband was waiting at a light when a distracted Uber driver tapped into him and damaged the bumper- arghhh! We used the Tesla approved list to locate a local shop that would make us wait 9 days just to look at it which seemed ridiculous, I kept looking, and called Brooklyn Motors after seeing the reviews on the Tesla site. The manager, Vlad had us bring the car in the next day for a look. Within a weekend our insurance adjuster had viewed the car and a pain in the neck situation was made much less painful. The part you don't want to rush is the paint and prep- any place that does it in a few days isn't doing it right- this was absolutely perfect- as good or better than brand new- I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. For all of you Tesla owners, the manager knows the cars inside out and likes to geek out over them- nice bonus to make you feel good about leaving 'your baby' with them. read more

It's almost impossible to find an autoshop that has honest employees. I can't thank Vlad and his team enough for helping me out with my car several times in the last year. In late November my car started to shake so we took it to Kings Nissan to get inspected. We were told that there was little break fluid and that was the reason. For a few weeks things seemed fine, then the shaking started to happen again. I again had it towed to Kings Nissan (because we thought we had to tow to Nissan for warranty issues) and was told that I needed a new engine for 9k. It turns out that Kings Nissan misdiagnosed our car the first time we brought it there, since it appears this was an oil issue all along which they failed to bring to our attention. I realized I needed a second opinion so I reached out to Vlad from BM. Vlad told me he could have the car towed to his shop and inspected within 24 hours. He was right...within 24 hours, my car was brought back to life...and my bill, let's just say it wasn't even a small fraction of what Kings Nissan wanted to charge me. Instead of a new engine, they fixed the compressor belt, flushed the engine and added new oil. We did NOT need a new engine...and we had our car back instantly. The guys at BM are awesome...they're reliable, they're not after your money, and they know what they're doing. First, Brooklyn Motors is an authorized Tesla repair shop so they were able to obtain original parts for the repair. Second, they handled the discussions with the other driver's insurance company and coached us on the process. This was our first accident so it was particularly helpful to have their experience when negotiating with the insurance company. Third, after working with the insurance company to pre-approve the repairs, they completed our repairs more quickly than they estimated so we were able to have our car back within 2 weeks of them starting the repairs.
