Just had another window replaced on another vehicle from these guys, and as always, the workmanship and the staff are absolutely amazing! Kevin and Stan were able to get me the glass the same day and had me come in the next business day (if I got there earlier, it would have been installed the same day but I was at work.... What company ever gets stuff done the same day for you, so that speaks volumes to me. Everything went smooth and I got my car back in less than 2 hours! They are true professionals and take care of all the annoying paperwork that the insurance companies require and they also make certain that they get you the correct glass, and not the garbage aftermarket glass that causes so much trouble..... This is something most people are not even aware of. I truly thank both of you and your team, and will always continue to recommend your company! And just a side note to anyone considering using Safelite through their insurance company to change their glass.... Just don't! They are not what they used to be 10 years ago. They install everything incorrectly, and use the cheapest glass possible, and you're lucky if they get it right even after two or three visits. Stan called and texted us every step of the way to let us know of appraisal status and any issues with insurance company, they also arranged a great rental vehicle. They insist your car be repaired by the highest standards and quality. They only use new parts and make sure the insurance company doesn't try to make them use used parts. This collision really bent over backwards to fix the damage I had on my car. Stan the owner and manager told me the shop was not a collision that is open one and week later is out of business. They have been in business for over 35 year . That itself says something. One of the service writers, Kevin was wonderful very knowledgable and helped getting my claim processed with my insurance company. Also getting me into a rental while my was being repaired.
