Solid pizza, and a really good lunch special. Mom and pop place so the place it's a bit small but cozy.

Under new ownership as of September 1, 2021. Not horrible but not how it use to be. Pizza was a little cold and definitely a thinner crust. Cookies were really great and the staff was friendly.

    No Mask IS A PROBLEM!!!!

I was very disappointed when I saw this at the door. Will definitely not recommend to come here and will never come here again. Wearing a mask is how people stay out of my ER. Getting a vaccine does not make you immune from catching COVID!!!! YOU CAN STILL GET COVID AND DIE! I've had 5 patients already die from COVID after getting the vaccine. Do I don't support businesses who don't practice safety or allow their employees not to wear a mask. Do not visit this facility.

So we all know Florida knows nothing about pizza. When the avg person says do you want Pizza Hut it Dominoes you quickly know you're not in Brooklyn anymore! Well Amelia's doesn't just use the name Brooklyn. They are from Brooklyn and it shows. Fresh ingredients, hot, and tasty NY style crust. I got the two slice lunch special with mushrooms and my better half got the SMALL calzone. This is the Lighthouse Point pizza winner!

So I came here on a Sunday afternoon asked for all the original slices that I'd usually get in a NY pizza spot and guess what they didn't have it! No ziti slice no Buffalo chicken slices. Disappointed having a name that's known for pizza and having been given this thin, no crust, soggy slices, the chicken bacon ranch has 3 tiny pieces of chicken zero bacon and zero ranch the passion at this place is GONE ps. 4 dollars a slice fucking outrageous

We visited June 13, 2020. The establishment was clean and the seats were comfortable. It was an average pizza place. We ordered two round slices and one square slice. The server was friendly, but I would have preferred a bottle of soda over the machines, due to COVID-19. It is also notable that no associate was wearing a mask or social distancing. The pizza came out shortly, and it tasted good, but not great. We also ordered zeppploes, and they granted us a plentiful amount. I liked them. If it were possible, I would give this restaurant a 3.5/5, but in this case, I am failing to give them the push because there are many establishments in Pompano Beach and Boca Raton which make better pizza. Kostas, Augy's, and Pizza Time serve as examples. Overall, the service and pizza were good. It is worth a visit, but I am not certain that this will become your 'go to' establishment.

Really good pizza! Buying a slice is a bonus versus the pie. Seating is crowded, and it was very busy at lunchtime but worth it

Unfortunately, the octopus wasn't very good. The portion size and price is great, but it was very chewy and had a weird texture as well. I was very disappointed. We decided to stay for dinner because I just didn't want to look for another place. I got the gnocchi. It was OK, the sauce wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad. My husband got the ribeye steak which comes with roasted potatoes. He asked for it medium, but they cooked it a little too much. My husband isn't the send back type, so he ate some of it. Most of the food came home with us. Not sure if it will be eaten, but it was too much leftovers to trash. Service was bare minimum. The place was nicely decorated for Valentine's Day though. I liked that . I feel bad for not having better things to say, but I am being as honest as possible. Would I be back based on this experience. No.

I loved a simple dish done well. The Mediterranean combo was a special of the night and it came with prawns, branzino, fried anchovies, and a salad. The combo was also just as goods. The seasoning was yet again, simple but delicious. The prawns were succulent, fish was high quality, and the fried anchovies surprised me. I loved all the proteins. I also tried the squid ink pasta and the seafood linguini. Both were good but the squid ink pasta was unique. I can't put my finger on the flavor but I liked it. Service was incredible and the chef was kind. He came out to talk to us and explained some of the dishes. The restaurant is homey and cozy. I felt like I was in Sicily. Overall, I highly recommend Savia. I can't wait to come back and try more.

I can't understand the happy hour menu being more than the regular menu. For example, if eggplant rollatini is $10 for happy hour price for one and $16 regular price for two. What would stop two people to order the regular menu and split it it would be four dollars less than the happy hour menu. The menu prices were ridiculous priced for the amount of food that was received specially pasta. Everything that we ordered was so salty that it ruined the flavor of each dish. Not only that I will try to forward pictures at 6:30 at the restaurant on this evening and show you. We were the only table in the restaurant. The waiter couldn't even pour the olive oil in our side plate didn't even offer us pepper or cheese and when I asked for the pepper, he just handed me a pepper and salt shaker on the table. I can expect this in a diner, but not a high-end restaurant. This is a restaurant more geared Tourist not the locals who live here all year long. For an Italian restaurant, the wine list was not as complete as the surrounding restaurants in that area. I wish them the best of luck, but they really need to rethink the menu and maybe next time or when you do have time to work with the chef on flavoring dishes
