Not one stud was used on the lower attachments, and the holes he drilled were larger than the anchors he used on the upper attachment. What's more surprising is that he didn't use any anchors for the bottom part of the brackets. He screwed straight into the drywall, which is a no-no. I had to take the other shelving unit down because only one anchor was actually put in right and there were no anchors on the lower section. Had he just used a stud finder, he could have had 4 brackets completely in the studs on each wall. I attempted to contact him by text on September 16th, and he replied with a gibberish message that didn't make much sense and hasn't gotten back to me. I would not use him.

Bobby came out right on time after we had to reschedule due to him falling behind because of the ice storm we had. He checked for moisture and let me know it wasn't black mold. As a woman, I need to be careful who I give out my address to, and his rudeness and disrespect was not appreciated. He dismissed me saying he didn't want to work with me. That isn't a problem since I was in the process of getting bids for my job. There are many drywall companies out there. From the beginning, Alan was methodical, communicative and prompt. He showed up to give us an estimate and answered my numerous questions about the job at hand. By the end of the same day of his initial visit, we had a detailed estimate in email, which we approved. Our house was remodeled in the past with uniqueness and quality materials in mind, but with 80% completion on many aspects. We needed a contractor who could help complete our unique vision. Alan replaced a large area of cedar shakes on the back of our home, helping erase the evidence of a decayed deck we previously removed.
