My equine (now 22)…read morewas extremely nervous and almost intolerant when I first got her but with the patience and calming demeanor of Doc, Mr. Glenn & Ashley, she is cooperative and doesn't even flinch during spring farm call. I recently added my son's dog (9 yr old skin sensitive pittie mix) to their care and drive almost an hour to the office because we were getting ignored and got no answers locally. I knew that Doc & team would do everything possible to provide changes in care that made an instant difference in his comfort and keeping him healthy. Plus, he LOVES Mr. Glenn! I will never take my animals anywhere else! It's worth every $ spent and every minute in the car knowing that my family receives A+ care!

We went for 2nd opinion at Wilson Vets & they concurred with Wadhams & also suggested euthanize. Husband decided to wait & he lived 2 1/2 more yrs running our 10 acres until last wk. We called Wadhams vet to euthanize...their comment, because they had not seen our dog in over 2 yrs they would have to do complete exam before euthanize...What!! Wadhams vet wanted euthanize over 2 yrs ago. We went to Wilson Vets no question & charged $45 for Euthanize at 11:00 pm. $100 total if not taking home for a 109 lb GSD.

When they took him back to put in IV line and sedate him. I was Totally absolutely percent Disgusted. They had his blanket in a bag . And a heavy blue blanket they gave him. Not telling me both blankets were covered in shit. My poor little fur baby of 14 and a half years. Had shit on his sweet little face. Had to find a clean spot on the blanket to wipe off what I could. I've had two other Chihuahuas that I had to have eauthanasia. But done at they're vet regular vet. North River road animal hospital in Fort Gratiot. And not once .Did they ever bring my fur baby back to me with any shit on the blanket or them. They always brought them as clean as they took them back. From this place of course since my precious baby and blanket were covered in shit. It was getting all over me. Because I needed to spend every few seconds I had with him. Giving him love and talking to him. They should have Never brought him in covered in shit. This was so disrespectful to my little perfect angel. It's bad enough to be there having to do the hardest thing ever in life. And then this happened. Had nightmares of how my little man was brought back to my waiting arms. For our finally minutes together. And for him having to leave this earth covered with shit on him. I took his body with me to take to the pet crematory that I used for my other fur babies. So now the lady at the crematory had shit on her now . From here talking him from me. I'm am so extremely horrified and upset with this.

I called every vet office in the area and Howell Veterinary care center was the only vet office willing to help us on such short notice. I am truly blown away by the kindness they've shown to not only my fur baby but to me and my children as well. I've never had such a pleasant experience with a vets office before, and I've been to many. My cat got excellent care and is now on the road to recovery thanks to HVCC. I'm so grateful to have found them! I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!!

My daughter had been taking her cats to this vet and due to the my awful week with dealing with…read morethem she will no longer be taking her cats to this veterinary office. Her cat had issues with throwing up alls they kept doing was give her medicine to help her to not throw up. I had to take her Monday March 16th they did bloodwork and they were supposed to do a X-ray but persisted she didn't need a X-ray sent me home with medication to help with throwing up. Wednesday Evening she threw up blood so Thursday back at the vet office to do the X-ray the vet comes in to talk to me saying she ate something like string, ribbon, or it maybe a tap worm. She needed surgery $1500 to $3000 so as anyone would do is want to get a second opinion we wanted X-rays sent to my vet office Lisa the office manager was rude to my daughter on the phone because she wanted the X-rays sent to my vet for a second opinion than she got up went to back room and talked loudly about show we wanted to send X-rays over to another vet office so a vet tech could look them over. heard and recorded everything she is not a nice person. My vet office finally got the X-rays and when they looked them over the called me and told me to get my cat and get her out of there that they are way over charging for a surgery. My vet did everything for free trying to save my daughter cats life. She was packed full of old food in her stomach and small & large intestines where full of fecal matter. My vet got her all flushed out but it was to late she passed away due to going septic. If cobblestone would have done there job My daughters cat would still be here. How we got treated was not right.

Two days later he was still no better so we took him back to the ER vet. After being bumped back by more urgent cases several times we called In The Pink. They were able to give us a same day, in office, appointment. Dr. Torres was wonderful. She did a thorough exam and blood test and said his problems were likely due to an infection. She prescribed a medication to enhance his appetite and an antibiotic. She was very concerned about his not eating and insisted we call the next day to assure her that he had begun eating again. A few hours after being given the appetite enhancer he came to us wanting to eat. We were so happy and were able to give him the antibiotic with food then. The next morning he woke early and was hungry and happy. It was so good to see his tail wagging again. We were happy that we were able to call Dr Torres and let her know he was eating and doing well. We are so thankful for Dr. Torres and the rest of the staff at In The Pink. God Bless Them!
