It was ready the same day i dropped it off and they made the transaction so simple. I was even able to accept via a link what work they were needing to do to my vehicle which i found amazing! I did notice more squeaking after having it fixed so i dropped it off again. They advised my rear brakes just needed to be cleaned (that i had just had done at my vehicles dealership). Aldrich Auto Body and Repair shop has fixed my car twice after being hit. They are excellent…read morecommunicators. They text the date of when the car will be ready and each time have finished on the date they specified. They are very helpful when picking up and dropping off a rental car. The rental car is dropped off at Aldrich when you are done with it and when your vehicle is dropped off for repair a van from the rental agency takes you over to the rental shop to pick up the rental vehicle. Super convenient. They send out timely messages on the status of the car as they are working on it. When you are initially getting an estimate they take a look, assess the damage and then return the car and give you a date to bring it in while they order the parts. That way the car is back with you until they get parts and then you bring it in. If you find anything that might seem n0ot quite right they take you right in and fix it immediately (the same day). The women at the front desk are extremely helpful and the person who takes a look at your car is great (Jamie). I highly recommend this business for autobody work. My car looks great!

The charges on the invoice are ridiculous, unnecessary and were not authorized by me. When I asked about these fees, one of the owners had the audacity to lie about the location of my vehicle at the time of the tow and lie about the weather conditions- to give reason for the winching and the wrapping of windows- which were never an issue as it was not raining and they had the key and could have rolled up the windows themselves. In addition, they threw in some stupid yard fee, an administrative fee, and a service time fee. But they gave me a break on a gate fee of $100.00. And their idea of helping me with the bill was asking me if I wanted to give them the title to my vehicle and pay the $200.00 This place is a f**kin' joke. They may get my money for now, but I'm sure to get it back in the very near future. They aren't taking my car either. Funny how Fitchburg Police use a "Auto Body & Repair" shop and how many people lose their cars because they can't pay the bull$hit fees these vampires charge to release a vehicle.

In total it cost me $55.00 just for HIS 2 attempts at fixing it - more than it was to buy the 2 new snowblower tires! I refuse to give him anymore future business after the way he treated me. He was rude and put the blame on ME for his screw ups. Lost my valve cap I've had for 26 years too, and said it was never on there. Yes, it was. I just pumped up the tire and put it on before bringing it to him. Not at all impressed with him or his bad attitude.
