I had used West previously so I wasn't anticipating any issues. The car was not operable due to a…read moredrive shifter issue. I called AAA and they referred me to West. We needed to have the car towed from house to the dealer for service. The driver was nice, and very careful loading up the car so everything seemed fine. When I asked him to hand the key to the dealer service rep, he said he'd just drop the car in the first available spot because the dealership is under construction and very busy. I immediately called the dealer to tell them the car would be there in about 30 min. The car was towed to the dealer, but the key was NOT handed to anyone and somehow lost! The driver claimed to have left it in the cup holder yet the dealer valet and service team could not locate it. Now, no one claims responsibility and we're out $200 to replace the key. West claims that it is routine for their drivers to just leave the key, but doesn't it seem reasonable to hand it off to an employee during business hours? Oh, and I had to drive to the dealer to provide the only remaining key so they could work on the car. Again, what seemed like good, careful service was lacking responsibility in something as simple as providing the car key to a dealer employee. I wouldn't recommend West again to deliver a car to a location. It seems it's their policy to drop it and leave.

I did notice more squeaking after having it fixed so i dropped it off again. They advised my rear brakes just needed to be cleaned (that i had just had done at my vehicles dealership). They did not charge me for doing this and i was really appreciative of their time and efforts. I will continue to do my business with this wonderful company.

Sean told me that he had never had a job like that take that long, and to bring it in so he could give me an accurate estimate. I did, and he gave me a much lower quote. It went from a budget-destroying repair to something much more manageable. Sean came in at less than 40% of my original quote and turned the job around quickly, including replacing the extra part the first shop wouldn't quote me. Saving the money was very, very helpful, but the nicest part was that it was clear that I was ready to pay much more and Sean only charged me what he thought was fair. Now under a new owner, it's Myerson Garage and it's miracle but they are still a great little local shop! Tim, the owner, is super nice and very knowledgeable. I lucked out by bringing my Ford F250 for repairs because he actually drives a Ford F250 himself. Perfect!! My truck had a strange front end issue and I wasn't sure if it was misaligned, if there was a suspension problem or steering problem, but it was driving real wonky. After taking it to Acton Ford and Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough and them failing to diagnose the issue, I gave Myerson Garage a try. Tim was able to identify the issue right away and it was fixed in less than a week. My truck drives like new now!! A few days before I was scheduled to bring in my truck, my sunroof also broke and I called Tim to see if that's something he could fix. Yep! It's a fairly big job and the part isn't cheap, but I now have a new working sunroof too.
