He also told me not to open my trunk before I bring it into the shop because I might not have been able to close it. They looked at my car the same day of the accident! Not many people want to tackle this kind of project. He got the area covered that most likely will get dinged. He had to make a template himself because I brought the whole bike in with trim pieces installed, including my Indian Head Fender light. So he had to work around it. This is a bit of a challenge vs. bringing just the fender but it looks good. For those of you that experience this same problem with stone chips, or even better, when you first get your new bike, bring it here and have him cover the top front half of your fender to possibly save yourself a repaint someday like I had to do.
