I purchased a sports jacket online and when it arrived, one of the buttons was cracked in half. This location is roughly the same distance from my house as the Short Hills, NJ location but I chose to visit here to check it out for the first time. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. I explained the situation and they had the button replaced in under five minutes. No hassle, no questions asked. The store is one open floor -- men's on the right as you enter, women's on the left. It's larger than the Short Hills location and noticeably bigger than the former Bridgewater Commons location. Update 4/21/18 I have sent brooks brothers an email two weeks ago and no answer, this all for show so they can make people believe they care If i could give less than a zero I definitely would do so. I was there this morning looking for a suit and the lady in the men's department couldn't have been less interested in why I was there. She was relieved that they didn't carry my size and she could return to her computer. Im glad she does not have a more important role in this society other wise we will all be doomed. read more

Amazing!!! Judy and her team are exceptional. John was very helpful and Frank was great to speak with. A true team of professionals that have your best interests in mind. I must confess that I'd thought that the quality of BB was out of my budget but found numerous items that were a great value and let's face it, the quality is worth the price. Found a great euro cut DB blazer and some great fashion forward pocket squares as well. They also have a great selection of sunglasses that the quality is very high. I shop here with my husband for his work clothing. He has purchased suits, shirts, socks, ties, etc and we have always been quite pleased with the service here as well as the quality of the items. Very rarely do I review businesses however my experience at this location on 8/19/17 left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I intended to purchase a high quality suit for an event however the treatment I received easily convinced me to shop and buy a similar, although more expensive, suit at their competitor. The store was empty despite the very heavy foot traffic on a busy Saturday afternoon around 4pm and I was greeted with annoyance when I disturbed an older gentlemen on the sales floor who was watching the flat panel TV. I suppose his snobbery was meant to impress me at this premium location and he seemed very proud to tell me that these suits were very expensive. Despite informing him that I am planning to go to an event and intended to pay the premium price for quality and style he did not take an interest in my preferences, style choices, fit, etc. I thanked him for his time and left the store when I saw he did not intend on helping me with this purchase. I will be very reluctant in visiting this store again and I will share my experience with my friends, all of whom are professionals, who might be interested in purchasing a new outfit for our upcoming event. read more

The men's suits here are the best, and through the process of watching my fiancé, my father, and other family get fitted and set up has been so pleasant and quite amazing overall. Went tonight looking for a nice suit for my husband and was graciously greeted by Marilyn. She was very knowledgable about directing attention towards the most flattering and comfortable suit for my husbands body type and when she was done he looked amazing. We settled on an elegant suit with a classic style that will endure so we are ok with the expense. The tailor Jose expertly addressed our needs and was ok with accommodating our need for a prompt turn around at no added cost- tailoring was free. Overall a wonderful shopping experience, we were heard and our requests fulfilled- what more can you ask for? My husband has a few sport-coats, another suit or two and a classic wool coat. They are expensive but they really don't date themselves qias long as you stick with the classic cuts in the classic colors you will never look dated. read more

I went in today in today with my cousin, whom was in search a nice suit for an event we're attending in a month. As we entered we found it extremely odd that there was no salesperson around to greet us. We looked around and were approached by a man who gave us a very snobby look. He asked what it was we needed when I told him what it was we were in search for he treated us as though we were dumb and had no reason for stepping in the store. He proceeded to eye up my cousin who's bigger, but my uncle had assured him that they would be able to help him get a nice suit for the event. The whole experience was horrible and uncomfortable. The older gentleman was very snobby and treated us as though we couldn't afford anything! He also told my cousin that from looking at him there wouldn't be anything that would fit him. The guy didn't even take the time to measure him! From looking online before entering the store we knew there be pants his size! After having enough of his snobby attitude we left the store and purchased a suit with its competitor. I will assure to pass along the experience we had at this location and can assure you that we will not be returning! read more

So I have always liked Brooks and have 2 suits and other stuff in my wardrobe purchased from this store. Over the past year the staff has turned over a bit (except for Marilyn) and sorry to say, they have lost much of the traditional BB customer service underpinnings. This week I was looking for (only) two pairs of casual slacks. With no other customers in the store, I was greeted by Francie, who pointed to the khaki rack, fitting room and walked away. She passed by the fitting area long enough to critique my choice. When I told her I wanted them slightly longer, she rolled eyes and moved on. When I didn't see the leg length I needed on the rack and asked if she would order them, again I got the 'eye roll' and she responded, "...you can only get 31" on-line from the catalog.." An odd response given there were 31" 's on the rack in other waist sizes. This is just 1 of a few similar experiences. Bottom line, if you're not there to buy that $800 suit +, be prepared for self-service! read more
