One of the coolest aspects was the ability to customize a chicago hat with additional iron on patches! My sister commented on how fun of an activity that would be with kids or guests visiting. All in all, we both agree their entire shop and collection is so thoughtfully curated. On this occasion, we were purchasing items for the Mini wonder collection. We love how they are coordinated with the adult collection and could see it being cute for mommy and me photo shoots. The best part of our experience was Val! She helped us so much to pick out items and was so kind to make sure the items were ready to be given as gifts. Purely based on meeting her, we knew the drive up to this location would be totally worth it in the future! Highly recommend checking out this wonderful store.

When Brandy Melville first opened a location in Chicago, the shop was pretty small to the point you…read morecould barely even move around in it and they had to limit the amount of people inside. I'm glad they changed it to the current location that has two levels and is much more spacious, but it STILL feels too crowded in there each time I've gone (especially on the weekends). My biggest pet peeve here is that the line to go to the dressing room has people blocking entire walls of clothes, so other shoppers can't really look at those items. The employees (who could be mistaken for shoppers most of the time) are typically folding clothes constantly, which also makes it difficult if they are working on folding a section and I can't really browse that section if they are standing in the way. I try to understand because with the amount of traffic in and out of this store, they definitely try to keep it looking nice and neat. Also was sad they had no free stickers or pins by the register this time like they usually do. Womp womp. I've been here many times because I hate paying their expensive shipping prices. It's a great place to just get simple clothes for everyday wear. Their prices are more affordable when compared to other shops too. They always have new styles every time I come here. Can't wait for the Naperville location to open! Hopefully it won't be as crowded. It'll also be more close to me too. Yay :D

I explained that I was provided seating by another associates she gave me a dirty look like I wa slaying walked away. Not even 5 minutes later that associate sent the security guard to take away an accommodated seat by there own store. They didn't do this discreetly. They did this in front of a big crown that was also shopping in this store. Very poor service to disabled people.

I enjoy the TB Outlet as it's one of the few brands that don't make separate inventory at a lower quality level to sell. One can expect the same level of craftsmanship as regular stores here. When entering the store, I was greeted by Joan. She went above and beyond during my shopping experience to make recommendations, hold product for me, and answer all of my questions. I decided to stop back at the end of my visit and ended up purchasing a handbag & perfume set. Joan remembered me and my name immediately. If my purchases go on sale further for black friday, she let me know they can make an easy price adjustment with my receipt in store. The customer service level she gave me was a breath of fresh air. Buyer beware!!! My wife had purchase a couple items from Tory Burch and decided to make a return…read moreon one particular item within a thirty day period. Upon making the return she was told that Tory Burch had a max two week return policy and that her return was two days too late. After pleading her case and explaining she was totally unaware of the two week return policy. The cashier explained that the return policy is clearly written on the back side of the receipt being that no where within the store does it post a two week returns only. After pleading her return case in depth. The store did except her return. Moral of the story is ask your store associates about the return policy be for purchasing. Because most people have very busy personal and work schedules that can not accommodate un- posted return policies. Thank you Tory Birch for giving my wife the pass.
