High End Store with 9 to 5 Prices.....Highly recommend this store with champagne taste, but beer budgets!

Unremarkable N Rack located in the Chicago Fashion Outlet Mall, with similar selection of other Racks. As the little sister of the Nordstrom Department Stores, based out of Seattle, the Rack brings together men and women clothes and shoes at lower than retail prices. In addition to prices, it's also about the selection and it was lower or equal to the many others we have visited. It was fairly busy in there, with the always important Clearance racks pretty picked over. We did end up picking up a couple of clothing items. read more

I had a return for an item I missed the return date by 5 days. They denied me. Shirt was hanging on the rack at full price so it shouldn't of been a big deal. I wasn't even aware they changed the return policy. I went to another store and they gladly took it as they were still selling it. Spent $400 as well. Taking care of customers is what Nordstrom was all about!! Epic Fail at this store!!! read more

If you want to go to this place you don't have to worry about parking your car because of the spacious parking lot in front of the store. The Place was spacious and I think everything you are looking for can be found here. They have a huge selection and places.   Selection for sunglasses: They have a different good quality of sunglasses. Sunglasses for business, beaches, school, driving and for casual.    Selection for  bags: They have a huge space for different kinds of bags.  All of them have a different brand. If you're looking for a place to buy a gift to your loved ones this place is it.  Selection for kids: A selection for kids where you can see the different kinds of cute little dresses, shirts, shorts , pants, skirts, socks, slippers, shoes, etc. Selection for adults. For the shopping connoisseur,  Nordstrom Rack needs no introduction: it is a designer brands at discount prices store; What I like about this one, is the location; away from the hustle of downtown Chicago, but closer than a ride to the airport. Plenty of parking in an indoor garage and located within a mall with 130 other stores. Like the downtown locations, the service of a tailor is also available. The store is clean and well organized, which means it doesn't have as much merchandise as other locations; but bargains still can be found. The service of a tailor is limited to 4 days a week, and certain items such as leather could not be altered due to the lack of equipment; but I have been satisfied with Tatiana's (the Tailor) services every time. read more

This is one of my favorite stores. There is something for everyone they have a small kids section and a small men's section. The vast majority of the store is for women which makes sense since that's where they make the most money. Wait until they have additional discounts off, that's when you find the best deals. Look through all of the clearance racks as sometimes customers will put stuff back on the wrong rack, but if you're persistent you can find some great deals here. Their shoe department is awesome. I recently bought three pair of all leather boots, one of them to the knee, each pair was under $20. What a bargain! I've attached a picture of the three boxes showing the original prices which were well over $100 per pair. Went here again last week and scored three designer dresses all for under $20! You cannot find a better deal anywhere. read more

I have adored Nordstrom Rack for over 2 decades. Buying designer clothing, shoes and home accessories at discounted rates always makes me happy. During my career years, they fed my shoe addicition. Now that I am retired, I love them for so much more. I don't go quite as extravagant on shoes any longer, but on my last trip I found some terrific, unique holiday gifts for many people on my list. The store is very clean and nicely arranged. I found check out relatively quick, despite the busy shopping season. read more

They had all sizes, better stuff and the right prices. Easy in and out. No complaints or issues.

Nordstrom Rack carries a variety of high end brands for clothing, shoes and accessories. But, nothing interesting enough to make me consider trying anything on, especially at the high price points. I understand it's an outlet shop but for the money I would expect a better experience and store layout. read more

I've gotten some really cute items from here in the past but I have also run into my fair share of duds along the way. Of course, not every style will inspire the same person, so no big deal in the end. They do carry some nicer brands and their clothes hold up well. read more

As far as Nordstrom Racks go, this one was average. Maybe I came during an off season, but I felt like the quality was lower than some other NRs I've been to. Also the place is jammed with so much merch, it feels very messy and disorganized. Wrong sizes on wrong racks and random items strewn about. Overall, not as nice of a shopping experience. read more

This place is very cool it's a huge Outlet of all the main Factory Stores and they usually offer a lot of deals up to 70% off at times. If you're looking for a Michael Kors coach Kenneth Cole or any big this is definitely the place for you. A lot of Tristan to come here since it's very close to the airport as well, it is literally right across from the Aloft Hotel. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. It's a good place to stop by before you leave on your trip to get some gifts for family and friends. read more

Worst customer service in the Returns department. This is my second time encountering this lady ( African American, with glasses) who was just nasty for no reason at all. I was returning one of the 2 pair of shoes, that were both from the same designer but different colors. Both shoes came in identical looking boxes, and I accidentally brought the shoes I was returning in box of the other pair. She was yelling and gave me a hard time even though I had the correct order number, and the card that I used to make a purchase. She was rude in front of my daughter, and just plain ignorant. If you are facing issues at home please don't take it on loyal customers, maybe she needs to be assigned another role. Like I said this is not the first time, she seems frustrated and just bitter to the world. I think i would have to take my business elsewhere. read more

Not the best selection of men's stuff compared to other locations just as Jake R. stated but the store does have lots of mens shoes, accessories, & a decent amount of colognes/body sprays. It's also neat & well kept. If you're shopping for ladies stuff they do have a nice selection of stuff especially the designer purses & wallets. My mom also found a lot of nice make up & skin stuff for a good price. Glad they opened a NR at FO. read more
