He's such a good communicator and he knows about things that affect his patients, like my pain issue, he gets it. Also, you can tell his staff love working with him. I definitely recommend him and his team. I am pretty sure they take kids, I've seen them in the back anyway. He's very compassionate, friendly, and fun. It always cracks me up when he's working in my mouth and I thing 'gosh, he's got bad breath!' and then I realize its my breath that I smell!!!

Kinda got screwed over. I was told that I needed to pay a large portion of the bill up front…read more($140) and that it would be refunded back to me after they bill my insurance. This is just in case I provided them with bogus insurance information....which I did not. Well fast forward 3 months and I never got my refund and the FSA company that I used to pay the bill is rejecting it because they tell me that I was over charged and to contact the dentist office. Well now I can't get them to answer the phone to explain to me what's going on. Every time I call, the phone just rings and rings and then an automated voice asks me to enter my remote access code. No prompt to leave a message or anything. What the heck are they doing over there? Pretty sure I am never going back there again cause if they screwed me over once, they are just going to do it again. They either lied to me (which I'm thinking that they did) or they completely forgot all about me, which is just as bad. Shame on you Brownsberger!

You know what I'm talking about bc most kids get braces regardless of whether they really need them or not, but that was not the case with me. In any case, I did not do Invisalign, but rather the Spark aligner system which was less expensive but seems to be just as good, so keep that in mind! Lastly, my most recent visit was to get back in for a scan so I could get some replacement retainers made. It was easy to get in within the next few days. Also, the staff was just so friendly, it just made the visit that much more pleasurable.

Dr. Noyce was super nice and gentle with me when he was the one helping with my braces treatment…read morebut most the time he had young girls working on my teeth and to be so honest they weren't gentle and had no idea how to do their jobs they could never get my brackets to shut after giving me a new braces wire every once in awhile and because they couldn't they'd end up accidentally breaking a bracket and trying to pin the blame on me while I sat their in pain. After the appointment they'd tell my mom that she needed to pay for my broken bracket as she knows for a fact I didn't break it. I do understand Dr. Noyce was quite busy so he needed people to help him run the place but honestly their could be better people. My mom always stuck up for me and said I know her bracket wasn't lose before we came here or she would have told me which is true! Despite the horrible service from the younger ladies they seemed nice they just were never good at their job could have had better training. Other than that Dr. Noyce is wonderful and would totally recommend going to Noyce Orthodontics for your treatment.

I get very anxious about going to the dentist and they always make sure that I'm doing ok. I took my kids to a pediatric office in KC and they asked if they could go back to "Dr. Tim" instead. I do not know the other dentist but I'm sure she is great as well. They have also been very good about working out affordable payment arrangements when necessary. We LOVE this place!

I went in and was warmly greeted by the woman at the front desk. I told her I wasn't sure about my insurance coverage, so would just pay cash for the visit. She said why not let her give it a try to see if insurance would cover, so I gave her my insurance card. Within minutes I was taken to a chair, and seen right away. I know the tooth is in bad shape, so was half expecting the dentist to say it couldn't be easily reattached. He examined it closely, cleaned the old adhesive from the crown and my tooth. He got in there, bing, bang, boom and the crown was back on fitting just perfectly. When I went back out front, the woman at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) said the insurance covered it! Dr. Euler and his staff are down to earth, and take care of business, no messing around. If I lived in St. Joe, or anywhere close, this is the only dentist I'd see. I can't recommend him high enough.

Although my experience was a couple years ago I wanted to drop my recommendation for this practice…read more I had a money hungry dentist in another state tell me I needed a crown on a tooth I never had a problem with and went ahead and trusted he knew what he was talking about and had it crowned. Worst decision. Fast forward I always get food stuck in between that and the tooth beside it since it's not smooth. So my new dentist here in MO has worked on the tooth beside it bunch due to cavities and messed up the crown adjacent then told me we needed to pull it. That ticked me off because here I am looking at pulling a tooth I have never had an issue with AND it's slowly killing the one next to it too. I said no I wanted a second opinion and he sent me here. I told the doc my story and he said he would do his best to save it even though he thought the tooth had less than a 50% chance of succeeding but I wanted to try. It was a long appointment and he had some challenges but I was comfortable throughout the procedure and 3 years later I still have my tooth. I don't have the same problems getting food stuck alongside the crown anymore either which has bought some time for the tooth next to it as well. If I ever have to have any more detailed work done in my mouth I expect to return to this practice in St Joe. They are a good one!
