This is just in case I provided them with bogus insurance information....which I did not. Well fast forward 3 months and I never got my refund and the FSA company that I used to pay the bill is rejecting it because they tell me that I was over charged and to contact the dentist office. Well now I can't get them to answer the phone to explain to me what's going on. Every time I call, the phone just rings and rings and then an automated voice asks me to enter my remote access code. No prompt to leave a message or anything. What the heck are they doing over there? Pretty sure I am never going back there again cause if they screwed me over once, they are just going to do it again. They either lied to me (which I'm thinking that they did) or they completely forgot all about me, which is just as bad. Shame on you Brownsberger!

I wanted a dentist who cares about the health of my teeth as much as I do. I wanted a dentist office that is friendly and welcoming. I found all of that in Brooks Family Dentistry! My dental health has been in the hands of Dr. Brooks for several years now and I am a very happy client. I have a gum issue with a capped tooth and I can say it's in better health right now than it has been for years. My husband goes here as well as I wouldn't let him stay with a previous dentist that was all about their bottom line regardless of what is in the best interest of the patient. I highly recommend this office for your family dental care. We are both happy to be clients of Dr. Brooks!

I get very anxious about going to the dentist and they always make sure that I'm doing ok. I took my kids to a pediatric office in KC and they asked if they could go back to "Dr. Tim" instead. I do not know the other dentist but I'm sure she is great as well. They have also been very good about working out affordable payment arrangements when necessary. We LOVE this place!

Now I must update you that this company and this dentist and her staff are negligent. My mother gave them her top denture to be relined because the denture was loose. The denture came back so ill fitting my mother could not wear it. For months we tried to get the dentist to offer a refund or some other resolution. Now we find out Bratton Dental Co. gave my mother the wrong denture. It's not hers. There is a different name on the denture!!!! Simple fix right? Wrong!! They still do not take responsibility and said it was fine with Dr. Sara Bratton to make a complaint against her state license and sue her!! She looks forward to that. Go to this office at your own risk!! They are very hostile and uncooperative. Not to mention DISHONEST!!! She's a young dentist and won't be in business long if she can't learn to accept responsibility and learn some business sense.

He's such a good communicator and he knows about things that affect his patients, like my pain issue, he gets it. Also, you can tell his staff love working with him. I definitely recommend him and his team. I am pretty sure they take kids, I've seen them in the back anyway. He's very compassionate, friendly, and fun. It always cracks me up when he's working in my mouth and I thing 'gosh, he's got bad breath!' and then I realize its my breath that I smell!!!
