When technician called to…read moresee if I wanted to proceed with repair and already diagnosed the issue as a simple leak in a faucet, they charged me $130 service call in addition to the $110 to do the repair. Very deceptive and nothing I was able to do about it. The lady on the phone who told me there would be no charge said she would see what happened and call me back, she of course NEVER did. I was hoping to get the $130 refunded or reduced as I would have gone with another company that charged $50-$80 for a service call and NEVER would have agreed to $130. Horrible company. I have multiple rental u it's and will never use them again.
