NOPE, the self check-out clerk, (not even the person I checked out with as I went through the normal line due to having so many items) stopped us and asked if we had paid for our sodas. I checked the receipt as again I had worked with two other clerks who had taken care of such and verified I did. This was embarrassing, harassment, and terrifying for my daughter who spoke about the experience for days after. While all this occurred plenty of people continued to check out in the area she was supposed to be watching, where actual theft could have occurred due to her involvement in a situation that didn't concern her. This was on February 9th and the associates name was Daniela. I would have given two stars as it's a beautiful store but after reporting this to corporate the manager was supposed to contact me that same day . That never occurred, so to see them responding here is quite irritating .

This is not the first time it's happened. I'm sure it won't be the last. I prefer to use self-checkout but the self-checkouts are for 10 items or less and I had more than 10 items.

While waiting for our sandwiches, I also noticed the same attitude toward the other customers she was helping. Customer service is a huge part of the overall experience, especially for first-time customers. A polite and welcoming attitude can make a big difference and leave customers wanting to come back. Instead, the interaction made the environment feel uncomfortable and uninviting. After my visit, I looked through other reviews and noticed similar comments from customers mentioning the same employee and the same type of experience from about a week ago, which is disappointing to see. I understand everyone can have difficult days, but when multiple customers are sharing the same concerns and nothing seems to have changed, it reflects poorly on the store experience overall. I'm hoping this feedback is taken seriously because the sandwiches themselves were good, and I would still be willing to give another Sprouts location a try in the future.

Honestly, I've learned that it's up to me to educate myself about what supplements I'm planning on taking rather than leaving the educating part up to the employees. These aren't trained doctors and most of them don't really know crap about what they're selling, just that they have the magic cure to what ails me. I've also learned it's much cheaper to wait for online sales and emailed coupons rather than shopping full price in the store (even with a member discount) so I don't really come to the physical locations unless I've run out of something. As far as price and quality goes, GNC runs about the same as other vitamin shops and for some reason, I trust the quality a little better than what I can find at CVS. I don't have any evidence to back that up, it's just a gut feeling. GNC can definitely hook you up with anything you need for your pre or post workout and has the vitamins and supplements to help you stay a little healthier between workouts.

Some of the items here like pasta and little things are a little cheaper at Albertson's across the street so definitely found myself putting some stuff back and just opting to go to another grocery store. However, this grocery store is nice for a little quick pick me up when you're missing a few items for a recipe. It's even better when you can find items on sale. And don't forget to sign up for the reward system when you're checking out.
