Then I'm told they're out of the med, then I'm told insurance kicked it back. Insurance shows they paid Walgreens for it yesterday but I never picked it up because it was "pending". They've submitted multiple different RX numbers to my insurance yet I've never received my medication. I've been trying for a month!! Transferred my prescription to HEB, got it a few hrs later! Don't go here unless you have lots of time, like to get frustrated and never get your meds!

I know this because I read all the complaints. First I have ran in to availability problems on my drugs. Charles gave me pills to get me through 2 days until they could fill my 90 day supply. Small local pharmacies are not your big box stores that fill a thousand different patients a month so they of course do not have their stock on hand. But speaking to the Pharmacist will get you a loaner dose until they can get your complete prescription. I don't care if your a first responder or Joe Blow you both are just as Important. So using the Tri County Fire because your spouse is not getting his medication right this minute is a childish tantrum played out in Social Media.
