They went above and beyond in helping us get my wife's medications ready after her hip surgery. What really stood out to me was that they didn't just treat us like another prescription. They genuinely took an interest in my wife's health, asked about her surgery, and showed sincere concern for how she was doing. Their kindness, patience, and personal attention meant a lot to us during an already stressful day. People often remember great service, but they especially remember when someone genuinely cares. After waiting in the drive thru with no cars moving, I went inside to wait another 30 mins only to be told it's not ready! And this is after voice mail says it's ready, yet automated system says it's pending. I try every day being told waiting on Doctor, Doctor says called in weeks ago! Then I'm told they're out of the med, then I'm told insurance kicked it back. Insurance shows they paid Walgreens for it yesterday but I never picked it up because it was "pending". They've submitted multiple different RX numbers to my insurance yet I've never received my medication. I've been trying for a month!! Transferred my prescription to HEB, got it a few hrs later! Don't go here unless you have lots of time, like to get frustrated and never get your meds!

I was here to get something quick for my friend. Store is very clean. I didn't have problems getting in and out of the store. However, getting here is kind of tricky. There is only one entrance from the street. The entrance from Stokes Road is quite challenging. I was here during daylight hours but not sure how it feels at night. The store closes at 11 pm daily.
