I initially contacted Rich via email and his response was prompt, which I love. He was very flexible when choosing a day and time to come to our house and give us an estimate. Right when he arrived, I could tell he was a great guy in general. My husband and I got along with him great and probably kept him longer than he anticipated because we were talking his ear off. We did have every intention of getting multiple estimates but he wasn't even back in his car yet and I told my husband we were hiring him and I "liked" his Facebook page before he even backed out of our driveway. It's important to have a good feeling about someone doing work in your home and he definitely gives his clients that! We purchased our home recently and could not love it more than we do but it did not get the TLC a home should have over the years by its previous owners. There were a lot of "mistakes" in the painting and walls that needed to be "fixed". We had so many marks, cracks, and holes that needed to be filled and Rich is so detailed oriented that we didn't even need to point some thing out to him. When he came into our home, he was so professional, set up his equipment and was so careful with our furniture and belongings. The colors we chose weren't drastically different than what was there already but when he was finished he cleaned up his things and it looked like he had never been there. The only thing left behind was an amazing paint job. Our house looks and feels like new. Right down to every detail and edge the painting is perfect.
