It is in a shed outside and was really a minor leak, so I emailed Tuckertown Plumbing and asked them for a quote. I included the model of our current water heater. Pam, the owner and manager, was quick to respond with a question about the dimensions of the space we keep the heater. She did all the research and found a model that would fit. We set up a date to have it installed. A great experience! However, the weekend before our Thursday appointment, the little leak turned into a big one and, because there was no cutoff of the water heater. We had to turn off our pump )we are on a well). I emailed Pam on Sunday night and she responded that she would call me in the morning.
