She's kind, sweet and her voice and concern are comforting. She doesn't talk down on me about my concerns because I'm young, she actually went right into details and is working on my concerns. You can tell she knows her stuff and doesn't use all that medical jargon that's hard to understand, she gets on your level and she takes action. From that appointment until my release date, Dr. Reuter has been fabulous. Not only did he take excellent care of my foot but he also made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
