You will wait AT LEAST one hour, and once in the room, 30 min or more. Try calling and you may get a recording stating that the office is closed, even when it's open! Care is usually ok, but certainly not good. Dr. S. is nice but thinks he is all knowing in all areas unfortunately. You will never receive follow-ups on your visits or test results - you must look them up yourself. The office is always over-booked and has no time for quality care. If you have a serious health issue or complex conditions, go elsewhere. read more

The standard of care at this office is horrendous and borderline appalling. If you want to get overlooked, ignored and disrespected by the staff this place is perfect for you! On numerous occasions I requested my medical record with three (yes three) separate front desk workers and they told me they would email them to me and just never did. It's shocking how they can blatantly ignore your request and not even pretend like the care in the slightest. Update: Several providers have left this practice suddenly, which is the reason they have dropped patients without sufficient notice. They now have turned off my access to my own medical records via their patient portal (without notification). Additionally, going onto my insurer's website to obtain a new PCP, the first names listed in my area are the ones who are no longer working there. A funny but a sad indication of how poorly this practice is managed. read more

Love my PCP. I have been going to this office since I was young. As of matter fact, my whole family does. The staff is great. Very friendly and caring. The doctors and nurse Practitioners are awesome. They are very caring and always like to follow up after I am hospitalized. I would recommend this office to anyone. read more

Every nurse practitioner I have seen in this practice (there are no MD doctors that I've ever seen) has been worse than the last. There is a minimum 1 hour wait for a scheduled appointment. I have been injured with broken bones on 2 occasions (I'm very clumsy) and both times I was not able to get a quick appointment, they refused to offer a referral to see a specialist, no follow up appointment was scheduled after being seen, and I was treated like a drug seeker until X-rays confirmed the pain I was enduring. I have never seen a NP that recognized me, despite supposedly being my primary care. Avoid this sham medical practice at all costs. read more

Wow this place is terrible. Where do I begin...parking lot is crowded and hard to maneuver. The waiting room is also crowded and there seems to always be a line going to the door of patients trying to check in. The place reeks of cigarette smoke. The front desk staff are unfriendly, slow, and incompetent. Waited over an hour for my appointment in their disgusting waiting room with their bathroom right next to the front desk (bathroom is about as spacious and sanitary as an airplane bathroom). You look around the place and it's just overall cramped and disgusting. The diplomas and certifications on the wall are all crooked. 90% of the staff appears to have no medical knowledge whatsoever and about 99% seem incapable of smiling. After my hour long wait I'm finally taken in by a medical assistant who took my vitals. The thermometer barely touched my head so great job taking my temperature! I'm then told that I will be seeing a nurse practitioner even though I had an appointment with a doctor and I was a new patient. The nurse had absolutely no idea what was going on. She kept spouting off irrelevant medical terms whenever I spoke. Not only did she not answer my questions but I left with more questions than when I came in. She offers to Skype with me to answer any other questions I might have. Skype with you for what?! So you can continue to not listen to me? No thanks I'll stick with WebMD. Upon leaving I was harshly told that I needed to wait to check out. There is actually a separate waiting room to check out because the people working here are so inefficient that they can't even check people out in a timely manner. As I'm waiting in the check out waiting room I hear "next in line for checkout." Are you serious? What is this Walmart?! The woman asks me if I want to schedule my next physical and then goes "oh never mind, we don't have our schedule for next year." You can't make an appointment that far in advance? Not like I want to (I'm never coming back!) but it all seems highly suspicious to me. You try to charge an extra $25 for paperwork, you don't book appointments a year in advance, you place phone calls on hold and never return, your place is a dump....are you going under?! I surely hope so! This place is a total joke. They are clearly trying to make a quick buck. Listen to all the reviews on Google and Yelp...don't bother with this place!! read more

I recently went in for a job interview, during my interview Crystal asked if I am a crier then explained to me that they can't hire a crier because they have had too many; she said Dr. Kerzer is a screamer and LIKES his staff to feel scared of him! She explained that they have a very high turnover rate and she needs to fix this, as she was only promoted to this position in February. She asked me to come in to shadow for four hours and explained that the 4 hours would be slow along with the following week because they have a shorter staff due to vacation and maternity leave. (Also mentioned of the front office staff none of them have been the more than 6 months) I went in that Friday from 8-12, Nico confirmed the Dr. Kerzer statement about his awful demeanor and how he will yell at his staff but for me to know it is just his personality. I spoke with Crystal before I left, she asked me how I liked it, what I was looking for for pay and how soon could I start. I answered her questions and she told me she would contact me Monday afternoon with the decided pay rate and start date. At this time I haven't heard back so I emailed her for clarification and she said they are reviewing candidates and she would get back to me shortly (still nothing). I am posting this so people know what they will go through to work here and to help those that have noticed the turnover at the office and can't understand why... Very unprofessional, unwelcoming staff. My suggestion is to get as far away from here as possible. read more

I recently had to switch my primary care dr as mine stopped accepting insurance. When I called the office they were very welcoming, had the physical and Dr Steinmitz was so kind and thorough. He didn't try to sell me anything while I was there as my other dr used to do. I had to make a sick appt one day and when I called they said he could see me in an hour and I only waited for 10 min. I am so impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness, and the promptness of an appointment. I would highly suggest this physician!!! BTW...parking is tough but you can park across the street at Dunkin and no, they won't tow you :) read more

Absolutely horrendous parking. Waiting room is very cramped. Waiting 1 hour 15 minutes in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment, unsure yet if the physician is worth the wait. Looks like making an appointment doesn't really matter. read more
