What arrived is not what I ordered and the roses were significantly drooping within 2 days of delivery. My mother contacted the number provided multiple times, leaving messages with no response. When someone finally answered the phone, she was told nothing could be done until the owner returned from vacation. In a week. The following week she went through the same hassle of leaving messages and finally got a call back. The owner did offer to send a replacement but it was really too little too late, given the amount of effort to speak to a responsible party. The flowers should have been replaced immediately, without the run around. She has tried once again to contact to accept the replacement, only to leave multiple messages with no return call. Buyer beware of the cloak of mystery behind location. Teleflora selected this florist for my order - I will no longer use that method but rather support the local brick and mortar florists in the Norristown area, e.g. Moles, Risher Van Horn, Penny's by Plaza Flowers, etc. I regret not going to them directly for this order.
