This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic and is unacceptable. To make matters worse, store management is nonexistent, and corporate does not respond to customer emails or complaints. The lack of accountability and poor customer service have made this an extremely frustrating experience. I won't be shopping here again anytime soon.

The man, apparently the owner, refuses to look up from his computer screen, even if asked a question and will not speak to a customer. Instead he speaks to a woman who is also staring at a screen. She tries to be friendly while checking you out but then immediately goes back to her screen. Don't expect a welcoming atmosphere while browsing some overpriced books. Instead expect to see hand written signs such as "This is not a research library ". I did not feel welcome in this store. Unless you're looking for something specific, I wouldn't recommend it.
